Socialinio pedagogo ir savanorio bendradarbiavimo tobulinimas bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje

LTPedagogams bei mokyklos socialiniams pedagogams ne visada pasiseka sėkmingai spręsti vaikų ugdymo ir socializacijos problemas mokykloje. Vaiko ugdymui įtaką daro daug veiksnių, ypač svarbi vaiko artimiausia socialinė aplinka. Mokyklų socialiniai pedagogai nėra pajėgūs vieni išspręsti vaikų problemas, nes dažniausiai su vaiku bendrauja formalioje mokyklos aplinkoje. Todėl būtinas socialinių pedagogų bendradarbiavimas su socialiniais partneriais (nevyriausybinėmis organizacijomis), kurie gali turėti pozityvų poveikį vaikui už mokyklos ribų. Nevyriausybinių organizacijų savanoriai gali mokyklų socialiniams pedagogams padėti spręsti vaikų problemas, bendraudami su vaiku neformalioje aplinkoje, kurioje dažniausiai kyla tam tikrų elgesio, bendravimo ir kitokių vaikų problemų. Siekiant, kad teikiama pagalba būtų efektyvesnė, socialiniai pedagogai ir savanoriai turi gerai išmanyti savo veiklą bei tarpusavio bendradarbiavimo ypatumus. ENPedagogues and social pedagogues at school are not always successful at solving the children’s education and socialisation issues. A number of factors influence the child’s education and the child’s closest social environment is particularly important in this regard. Social pedagogues at school are not capable of solving the children’s problems alone because they usually communicate with children in the formal environment of the school. Therefore, social pedagogues must cooperate with social partners (non-governmental organisations) who may have a positive impact on the children outside the school. Volunteers of non-governmental organisations may help social pedagogues at schools to solve the children’s issues by communicating with children in an informal environment, in which children usually experience certain behavioural, communication and other problems. In order to make the assistance provided to children more effective, social pedagogues and volunteers must have good knowledge of their activities and the peculiarities of mutual cooperation. Therefore, the article discusses the areas of cooperation between social pedagogues and volunteers and suggests the most effective forms of cooperation and its prospects.
