Pradinių klasių mokinių negrožinio teksto supratimo gebėjimų ugdymas analizuojant lietuvos nacionalinių parkų aprašymus

LTStraipsnyje išanalizuota mokslinė, metodinė literatūra ir tarptautinio PIRLS tyrimo duomenys pradinių klasių mokinių negrožinio teksto supratimo gebėjimų ugdymo klausimais. Detaliau aptartas pradinių klasių mokinių negrožinio teksto supratimo gebėjimų ugdymas, kai analizuojami Lietuvos nacionalinių parkų aprašymai. Lietuvos bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos pradinio ugdymo bendrojoje programoje (2008) teigiama, kad baigę IV klasę mokiniai turėtų gebėti sklandžiai, sąmoningai skaityti grožinius ir negrožinius tekstus, vertinti savo gebėjimą skaityti. Negrožiniai tekstai skaitomi informacijai gauti ir ją panaudoti. IV klasės pabaigoje, skaitydami negrožinius tekstus, mokiniai turėtų: gebėti teisingai suprasti pateiktą informaciją, tikrovės elementus (reprodukavimo gebėjimai); skirti svarbiausius ir antraeilius dalykus (produkavimo gebėjimai); tinkamai panaudoti perskaitytą informaciją (produkavimo gebėjimai). Straipsnyje analizuojami pedagoginio eksperimento, padariusio teigiamą poveikį mokinių negrožinio teksto supratimo gebėjimų ugdymui, duomenys. Dėl ribotos straipsnio apimties aprašoma vienos mokinių veiklos, kurios metu ugdytiniai skaitė vieną iš trijų rekomenduojamų Lietuvos nacionalinių parkų aprašymų, rezultatai. Perskaičius šiuos aprašymus ketvirtokai raštu atsakė į tikslingus teksto supratimo klausimus, reikalaujančius teisingai suvokti pateiktą informaciją, pavyzdžiui, konkrečių lankytinų vietų paskirtį, išskirtinus nacionalinio parko objektus; mokėsi objektyviai, argumentuotai vertinti skaitymo metu gautą informaciją, ją siejant su jau turima patirtimi. ENArticle discuses the issue of primary school pupils' non-fiction text comprehension development revealed in scientific literature and reflected in international research data. In Lithuanian Secondary School Basic Program for primary education (2008) it is stated that pupils, who have finished the fourth form, should be able to read fiction and non-fiction texts fluently and consciously, and they should be able to assess their ability to read. We will in greater detail discuss the purpose of non-fiction texts, primary school pupils' achievements in expedient reading and analysis of descriptions of Lithuanian national parks. At the end of the fourth form, while reading non-fiction texts, Pupils should be able to: understand the given information and the elements of reality correctly (reproduction abilities); differentiate the main things from the secondary ones (production abilities); use the obtained while reading information correctly (production abilities). The article introduces data of pedagogical research, in the course of which pupils were reading one of several recommended descriptions of Lithuanian national parks. After reading those descriptions, fourth-formers answered purposeful text comprehension questions, which required correct understanding of the given information, for instance, the purpose of certain places of sightseeing, exclusive objects of a national park and etc., in writing, as well as practiced to assess the obtained while reading experience objectively and with reason. The object of the research - to discuss the possibilities of fourth-formers' non-action text comprehension abilities development when analyzing descriptions of Lithuanian national parks.The objectives of the research: to analyze the issue of pupils' non-fiction text comprehension abilities development in scientific literature; to reveal the fourth-formers' non-fiction text comprehension abilities when descriptions of Lithuanian national parks are discussed on the grounds of pedagogical experiment data analysis. Conclusions. Qualitative development of pupils' non-action text comprehension abilities is influenced by such factors: bringing of text content up-to-date at the beginning of the lesson, pupils are afforded the possibility to choose an alternative interesting content and activity; learning is based on personal dispositions and needs, pupils' experience, abilities and gender. Better results in pupils' text comprehension are achieved with the help of strategies and methods which stimulate pupils' activeness and with the help of interesting educational process, which motivates pupils, does not make them be bored. When choosing one of descriptions of Lithuanian national parks fourthformers generally were interested in going further into the matter of familiar territory, they were also affected by their emotions when giving comments that the text was interesting, grabbing and etc. Two thirds of the whole task (more than 60 percent) were accomplished successfully when pupils were planning the process of information rendering. The majority of pupils were able to generalize the gained experience after work in groups.Even 40 percent of boys and 26 percent of girls accomplished the task completely correctly; half of the task was accomplished properly by a bigger part of pupils. It seems likely that such results were achieved due to the fact that text content and content-related activities had been properly chosen and they greatly interested boys. [From the publication]
