LTStraipsnio tikslas - išanalizuoti globalizacijos veiksnių pokyčius, integruojantis Lietuvai į Europos Sąjungą bei Europos ir pasaulio rinkos erdvą. Juos galima būtų laikyti esminėmis įmonių veiklos optimizavimo sąlygomis Lietuvoje. Nustačius globalizacijos ir integracijos procesų principus, dėsningumus, tikslus, subjektus, etapus, pavienės įmonės Lietuvoje raidos riziką ir išorės bei vidaus veiksnių poveikį, galima teoriškai apibūdinti įmonių veiklos optimizavimo modelį ir pagrįsti globalizacijos bei integracijos veiksnių esmę. ENThe aim of this paper is to discuss the development of Lithuania's economy, and to describe the integral dependence on political, economic and social factors under the integration into NATO and EU; the author presents the conception of national security, cooperation security and its integral factors. The study formulates the internal and external threats that influence the optimization of the activity of enterprises in Lithuania at present and in the future. The author identifies the globalization factors in the European and the Baltic Sea region and their interdependence with economic security factors. The article regards the Lithuania's location between West and East, which is affected by international market factors under globalization and integration conditions. Within this context, a formed model of optimization of the enterprise's activity is formed and presented, alongside with its implementation methodology and methods. This methodology and the methods for its implementation are applicable to all Lithuanian enterprises in optimizing their activity. Actually, there have been evaluated the globalization factors and integration processes, which, on the one hand, accelerate the development of national economy and, on the other hand, impede that development. This dependence is studied under the market conditions; there is presented the description of market factors that in fact form theoretical and practical boundaries for the optimization of individual enterprises in Lithuania. The factors of an enterprise's activity are analyzed and described according to the presented model of optimization of the activity of enterprises.The study outlines the impact of scientific-technical progress in creating a new product in the international and national market space. Here sufficient attention is focused on the rational use of Lithuanian labour resources in an individual enterprise; the approach of the present state's authorities in tackling urgent problems of activity optimization in an individual enterprise in Lithuania is presented. Moreover, this paper forecasts the development of individual enterprises in Lithuania the growth of which is based on the application of progress, creation of new products and their sale in the Western and Eastern markets. The work focuses on the problem of the rational use of national resources, the solution of which would form the potential opportunities for intensification of the development of Lithuania's economy already within the EU membership. The conclusions and recommendations of the research are intended for management specialists of Lithuanian individual enterprises, who are directly responsible for the acceleration of optimization processes in the activity of enterprises under the globalization conditions and the Lithuania's integration into EU.
