Socialinės paramos ypatumai laisvės atėmimo bausmę atliekantiems asmenims

LTStraipsnio tikslas — atskleisti laisvės atėmimo bausmę įkalinimo įstaigoje atliekantiems asmenims teikiamos socialinės paramos ypatumus. Kokybinio tyrimo rezultatai parodė, jog socialinė parama nuteistiesiems teikiama pasitelkiant įkalinimo įstaigos vidinius ir išorinius resursus, nuteistųjų socialinių probemų įvairovė plati, išreikšti nuteistųjų lūkesčiai susiję su mokymo(si), pasirengimo sugrįžti į visuomenę organizavimu, ryšių su šeima ir artimaisiais palaikymu, savanorių įtraukimu. ENSocial support is an essential condition of successful reintegration of convicted persons into society, so social support for convicted persons at penitentiary system becomes an actual research problem. The goal of the article is to reveal peculiarities of provided social support for convicted persons at penitentiary system. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, semi-structured interview, content analysis. The results of the qualitative research revealed that social support for convicted persons is provided using resources of family, relatives, friends, prayer. Social support for convicted persons involves financial, material, emotional support and communication with close relatives at penitentiary system. The results of research showed that social support of penitentiary system involves internal and external resources and social support provided for convicted persons involves psychological, social work, culture and leisure, education, occupation services. Convicted persons face a wide range of social problems such as: convicted persons' problems of interpersonal relationship because of isolation place; need of information about implementing programmes at prison, limitation of support related to satisfaction of special needs, employees of penitentiary system are in need of development the competence of professional ethics, transformation of social relationship with relatives, need of financial support. Expectations of convicted persons are related to education, preparation for reintegration into society, need of relationship with family and close relatives and involving volunteers into penitentiary system.
