LTStraipsnyje pateikiami konkretaus švietimo vadybos diagnostikos tyrimo, atlikto derinant kokybinius ir kiekybinius metodus, rezultatai. Vadybos diagnostika realizuojama konkrečios organizacijos - bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos - lygmenyje. Pasitelkiant aprašomosios statistikos, klasterinės ir faktorinės analizės metodus, bandoma ieškoti psichosemantinių darinių reitingo, taksonomijos ir struktūros dėsningumų. Tyrimo duomenys leidžia vadovų ir techninio personalo santykius laikyti informatyviu žmogiškųjų išteklių vadybos diagnostiniu indikatoriumi. ENResults, obtained from a specific education management diagnostic research, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, are presented in the article. The sphere of management diagnostic implementation is education institutions, i.e. schools. The source of the presented information - opinion of 187 school principals and technical personnel. Methodological basis of the research is anonymous survey of open type questions. At the initial stage qualitative (hermeneutic) content analysis has been used to categorize "free answers". At the following stage, having formed and applied validity of the categories, quantitative content analysis has been made. The latter has given opportunity to formulate lows of psychosemantic derivatives rating, taxonomy and structure applying methods of descriptive statistics and cluster, factor and contingency analysis. The research should be defined as a methodological triangular experiment of qualitative and quantitative content analysis. The data of the research allow to state, that relations between the managers and the technical personnel are informative diagnostic indicator of human resources management. The performed research induces the development of a particular hypothesis: if authoritarian attitudes of managers and authoritarian management style manifest themselves in a school, it is likely to express itself first in relationship with technical staff in an organization due to social perception. It is probable that under the authoritarian management style potential risk of social isolation in community appears particularly for technical staff out of all interacting social (professional) groups in school community.
