Bendradarbiavimo tobulinimas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos pedagogų bendruomenėje

LTStraipsnyje atskleidžiamas bendradarbiavimo pedagogų bendruomenėje reikšmingumas, įvertinant jį kaip mokyklų kaitos strategiją, kaip kokybinę inovaciją, kuri turi įtakos humanistinio ugdymo sistemų plėtotei bei garantuoja ugdymo ir mokyklos, kaip organizacijos, kokybinę kaitą. Remiantis atliktų tyrimų duomenimis, atskleistas pedagogų bendradarbiavimo kokybinis modalumas Šiandieninėje mokykloje, nustatytos pedagogų bendradarbiavimo galimybės ir jo tobulinimą lemiantys veiksniai. Atlikto empirinio tyrimo pagrindu parengtas bendradarbiavimo tobulinimo pedagogų bendruomenėje vadybinis modelis. Atskleistas mokyklos vadovo vaidmuo plėtojant bendradarbiavimą, išryškinti jo asmenybės ypatumai bei veiklos ypatybės. ENIn this article the author analyses the importance of co-operation in the community of pedagogues. The co-operation is estimated as the strategy of change, as qualitative innovation, influencing the development of a humanistic education, and assuring qualitative changes in the system of education and in the school as an organization. On the basis of the research the author reveals the qualitative modality of pedagogical cooperation in a contemporary school defines the possibilities of pedagogical co-operation and determines the factors stipulating its development. On the basis of the empirical research the model, suggesting how to improve the co-operation in the community of pedagogues has been worked out. In this article the author also discloses the role of the schoolmaster in the improvement of co-operation, reveals the characteristics of his or her personality and exposes the specific features of his or her activity.
