Analizuojama paauglių asmenybės ugdymui itin svarbus asmeninių santykių susiklostymas formaliose ir neformaliose bendraamžių grupėse. Straipsnyje aptariamos visos grupės, kuriose paaugliai bendrauja su bendraamžiais ir taip kaupia patirtį tolesnei asmenybės sklaidai. Atskleidžiama religinės paauglių bendraamžių grupės ypatinga svarba asmenybės brendimui. ENSocial factors occupy most important place between influential factors in human life, especially communication and relationship. Teenagers' relationship with environment is primary factor in his formation. For teenagers is very important collaboration with contemporaries and their help. In teenagers personality formation most important thing is their personal relationship in formal and informal contemporary groups. If commune need of teenager is not satisfied, personal relationship with groups of contemporaries, prevents development of personality. Teenagers have many sources to get communication experience. Primary sources are family, school, Church and groups of contemporaries. These institutions help for teenagers to get communication experience and make them mature personalities. The Church is one of the best place there teenagers can develop and grow as mature persons. Since the Church can offer for teenagers to have creative initiative and to develop all roundly because of good religious influence. The Church accepts and cares for all teenagers without exception. In socialization process the Church play is more caring and accompanying rather than educating and leading. It could be seen that teenagers develop and grow very well in various Church youth groups. It shows that friendship in these groups is enhanced by affirmativity and security. [From the publication]
