Ugdymo įstaigų vadovų ir pedagogų profesionalizacijos elementai

LTStraipsnyje pateikiamos teorinės žinios apie ugdymo įstaigų vadovų ir pedagogų profesionalizacijos elementus, tokius kaip vadovų ir pedagogų veiklos kokybę apibūdinantys bruožai. Akcentuojama ir tai, kad Lietuva, orientuodamasi į Europos Sąjungos švietimo politiką, nukreiptą į visapusišką kokybišką vaiko ugdymą, edukacinių, socialinių paslaugų integravimą siekia institucijos ir veiklos kokybės. Šis tikslas grindžiamas naujo visuomenės mąstymo formavimu, kad vaiko ugdymas daro didelę įtaką vėlesniems vaikų ir jaunuolių akademiniams pasiekimams ir socialinės adaptacijos gebėjimams, būtiniems konkurencingoje ir žiniomis grindžiamoje visuomenėje. Straipsnyje teigiama, kad ugdymo įstaigų vadovų ir pedagogų profesionalizacijos elementai, tokie kaip veiklos kokybė, yra vienos reikšmingiausių šiuolaikinės pokyčių aplinkos koncepcijų dinamiškų sąvokų, kurių traktavimas laikui bėgant kinta ir priklauso nuo sprendžiamų uždavinių specifikos, konteksto bei kokybės objekto tipo. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama problema, kad ugdymo įstaigos vadovams ir pedagogams orientuojantis į veiklos kokybę, kokybės samprata tampa ypač aktuali, nes nuo jos priklauso, kaip kokybės ir profesionalizacijos elementai bus diegiami įstaigoje, kokia bus kuriama kultūra, kaip tai veiks ugdytinius, kitus darbuotojus. ENIn the article, there are presented the theoretical knowledge about the professionalization elements of educational institution leaders and teachers, such describing features that show the quality of heads and teachers activities. Highlighted the fact that Lithuania, focusing on the European Union politics, is oriented to the quality of comprehensive child education, integration of educational and social services, aims the quality of institution and activities. This aim is based on new public thinking formation that the child education has significant influence to the subsequent children and the young academical achievements and social adaptation skills that are necessary in the competative and knowledge-based society. In the article, there is presented that the professionalization elements of educational institution heads and teachers such as quality of activities is one of the most significant conceptions of modern changes in the surroundings, dynamic concepts, the treatment of which changes during the time, and depends on the specific of the problem, contexts and quality of an object type. In the article, there is the examined problem that the understanding of quality becomes very actual for the educational institution leaders and teachers focusing on quality of activities, because it determines the elements as quality and professionalization that will be used in an institution, what culture will be created, how it will effect students and other employees.Main information sources of empirical survey were heads of institutions, teachers and parents from West Lithuania (Klaipėda, Telšiai, Tauragė) regions. Total survey sample was 870 respondents: 130 leaders of institutions, 340 teachers and 400 parents. The empirical survey results have revealed that the quality of educational institution teachers, according to their leaders, is characterized by the following terms: education of child communication skills, parents point out the teachers' care of a child health and his/her achievement evaluation. According to teachers' and parents' perspective, the main features describing the quality of educational institution leaders activities are quality of parental communication, incorporation to institution's strategic planning and implementation.
