LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas andragogo asmeninis efektyvumas, kuris plėtojamas andragoginėje veikloje. Akcentuojama, kad mokslinėje literatūroje asmeninio efektyvumo samprata nėra vienodai interpretuojama, dažnai prilyginama asmeniniam tobulėjimui, savo asmenybės ir jos galių realizavimui veikloje, kur andragogas gali atskleisti savo unikalumą, savitumą, gebėjimus, vertybes, parodyti savo asmens poziciją įvairiose situacijoje, kurti tarpasmeninius santykius. Dėl skirtingai analizuojamos asmeninio efektyvumo sampratos, išskiriami ne tie patys asmeninį efektyvumą plėtojantys aspektai. Atliktas tyrimas išryškino būsimųjų andragogų požiūrį į asmeninį efektyvumą plėtojančius aspektus, kurie andragogui padeda aktyviai veikti, save realizuoti kaip asmenybę, konstruktyviai bendraujant su besimokančiaisiais. ENThe article analyzes the development aspects of andragogue’s personal effectiveness in the andragogical activities. Many of the Lithuanian and foreign scientists equate personal effectiveness development with self-realization activities. It is noted that in the scientific literature andragogue’s personal effictiveness is related to the profession, which he can express their uniqueness, identities, skills, values, and show their personal position in different situations, which ensures the realization of the activities of his personality, makes learning and improvement. [...] Theoretical and empirical analysis of the article revealed that personal effectiveness is understood as andragogical activities participants (andragog and student) will aim to increase their potential for personal qualities, skills, values, learning the use of all external and internal factors: interpersonal relations, environment, incentives, needs, etc. Andragogue’s personal effectiveness in developing the following aspects: personal authenticity, the disclosure of personal traits, distinctive language vocabulary, values, beliefs system, self-realization of the activities of power, which is presented through the knowledge and experience of the relationship, reflected in interpersonal relationships. Data analysis shows that a respondent from the perception of the concept of personal effectiveness, but it decomposes into separate components of personal effectiveness. This suggests that the concept of field personal efficiency is not yet well established and understood in different ways. [From the publication]Almost half of respondents believe that andragogue’s personal effectiveness helps develop problem of non-standard learning situations or even in conflict situations. This shows that they appear awkward situation yourself. This indicates that also has the ability to learn to function effectively as productive, cooperating and supportive learning environment. Thus, andragogical activities must be challenged, it is, learning situation is not very easy. Then andragogue’s personal performance as experienced by a conscious and effective response to the challenge and ensure that the development of personal effectiveness. Data analysis grounded expression of andragogue’s individual efficiency in andragogical activities. Respondents singled out relevant aspects of andragogical activities (communication, cooperation, personal development, striving for lifelong learning), increasing his personal effectiveness. They also confirmed findings of theoretical analysis about possibility for andragogue to make an impact upon himself in above interaction, to take advantage in self-realization, when constructively communicating with learners, to properly and precisely impart his knowledge, express his sensations and behaviour. He is able to do that, when he is purposefully involved in self-education, when he is able to control his own learning and analyze his own activities. In that way he becomes personal effectiveness in andragogical activities.
