Mokomasis terminologijos žodynėlis

LTAiškinamojo verčiamojo žodyno forma parengta mokomoji knyga, skirta aukštųjų mokyklų dieninio ir neakivaizdinio skyrių įvairių specialybių studentams (ypač magistrantams). Dauguma pagrindinių terminologijos sąvokų yra nusistovėjusios ir nereikalauja ypatingų terminologų pastangų jas vienodinant, vis dėlto yra ir tokių atvejų, kai tenka susimąstyti net patyrusiems specialistams. Terminologijos studijoms reikalingi terminai rinkti iš mokomosios ir mokslinės literatūros lietuvių kalba, pateikiamos jų apibrėžtys ir angliški, rusiški, latviški atitikmenys. Nurodyti įtrauktų sąvokų ryšiai su kitomis panašios reikšmės sąvokomis, kai kuriais atvejais palikta ir sinonimų, ypač jeigu jie nuolat vartojami. Iliustracinė medžiaga rinkta iš įvairių sričių lietuvių terminografijos leidinių, daugiausia išleistų po 1990 metų. Gausi iliustracinė medžiaga turi dar vieną paskirtį – norima skaitytoją, besimokantį atpažinti terminus tekste ar kurti juos, supažindinti su jų pateikimo įvairove skirtinguose terminų rinkiniuose. Žodynėlio priede pateikiamos schemos ir įvairių sričių bei tipų terminų žodynų puslapių pavyzdžiai, taip pat visų iliustracijai pavartotų ir sukirčiuotų terminų rodyklė su atitinkamų puslapių, kuriuose jie minėti, nuorodomis. Medžiaga žodynėlyje išdėstyta taip, kad būtų galima ja naudotis mokantis teorinių terminologijos pagrindų, tačiau ji tinka ir praktiniams tikslams, pratyboms ar savarankiškoms užduotims atlikti, nes terminiją galima ir patiems rinkti bei tyrinėti, remiantis prieduose pateiktomis schemomis. ENIt is an educational book taking the form of an explanatory translative dictionary, intended for full-time and part-time students of various professions (particularly MA students) of the institutions of higher education. Most of the main terminological concepts are well-established and do not require exceptional effort of the terminologists in unifying them. However, there are cases that cause even experienced professionals to wonder. Terms necessary for the studies of terminology were selected from educational and scientific literature in the Lithuanian language; their definitions and English, Russian and Latvian equivalents are presented. Links of the concepts included with other concepts of similar meaning are indicated, in some cases synonyms are left, especially if they are frequently used. The abundant illustrative material was collected from Lithuanian terminological publications of various fields, mostly published after 1990. It also serves to introduce the reader, learning to recognize terms in the text or create them, to the variety of their presentation in different collections of terms. The annex of the dictionary contains schemes and examples of pages from various dictionaries of different terms as well as an index of all terms used for illustration, accentuated and with pages of their mention indicated. The material is arranged so that it was possible to use while learning theoretical basis of terminology but it is also suitable for practical purposes, trainings and independent tasks as the terms may be collected and analyzed independently, referring to the schemes provided in the annex.
