ENThis article aims to highlight the opportunities for cooperation between stakeholders at different levels of their manifestation (personal, interpersonal, institutional, political, and international). This article outlines the value of stakeholders'participation in vocational training that defines the concept of stakeholders, describes the theory of stakeholders. It defines the stakeholders as well as cooperation with the assumptions of underlying factors that define the value of stakeholders' participation in vocational training. The successful cooperation between the stakeholders in vocational education, as presumed in this article is that their mutual trust strengthens the clear directions of joint activity and is closely related to the level of cooperation with the stakeholders. As indicated in the scientific literature under analysis, there is lack ofthe defined layers of stakeholders that would describe the stakeholders' involvement in vocational training. The object of investigation - Vocational training levels of stakeholders. Research aim - to identify the levels of stakeholders in vocational training. Objectives: 1. to define the concept of stakeholders; 2. to describe the conditions for cooperation with the stakeholders; 3. to identify the levels of stakeholders in vocational training. Methodological construction ofthe provisions ofthe stakeholders are based on the theory that allows understanding of stakeholders'relations and interests; the stakeholders'support to the concept of networks, emphasis given to the pragmatic cooperation.Method applied - analysis of scientific literature.
