LTAukštojo mokslo kokybė analizuojama įvairiais lygiais šiuolaikiniame moksliniame diskurse, nes pastarasis siekia ne tik modeliuoti teorines idėjas, bet ir praktiškai įgyvendinti užsibrėžtus tikslus, laiduojančius profesionalių specialistų parengimą kintančiai darbo rinkai. Praktikos kokybė ypač svarbi studentų perkeliamųjų gebėjimų formavimui(si) ir teorinių žinių įtvirtinimui. Šiame straipsnyje analizuojami empirinio tyrimo duomenys apie edukacinės krypties studijų programų kokybę. Atitinkamų programų studentai įvertino švietimo įstaigose atliktos praktikos indikatorių vertinimą kokybės aspektu. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad dauguma besimokančiųjų turi aukštą motyvaciją atlikti praktiką, yra patenkinti vadovavimu praktikai. Silpniausi praktikos kokybės indikatoriai užfiksuoti instruktažų aiškumo ir užduočių tarpusavio dermės atžvilgiu. ENThe questions of quality in higher education systems are opened for more than several decades. Lots of new documents were prepared to ensure quality management systems to state the main purposes and trends of quality improvement. Still, not all universities and colleges are proud of their quality. Each institution has its own internal quality culture, which determines various aspects of quality indicators. Practice is one of the essential parts of the general quality and it gives students an opportunity to improve their knowledge in real educational situations. The goal of this article was to diagnose students’ opinions about the quality of practice in Siauliai University. The research sample was selected according to the number of students in each study program – not less than 50 percent. A questionnaire was used as an instrument. The data analysis was done using descriptive statistics. Results revealed that students were motivated to perform their practice in educational institutions because they wanted to improve their skills. The highest index of popularity was stated to the managers of practice work and to the work quality of education institutions. The higher than average index of popularity was identified in the quality of documentation, exercises, practice place and time comfort. The lowest evaluation of the practice elements was identified only in several areas: the instruction of practice was not enough clear and comprehensive; the tasks of practice were not very well concerted.
