Žinių ekonomika : kūrimo perspektyvos Europos Sąjungos plėtros sąlygomis

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama žinių ekonomikos samprata, analizuojamos žinių ekonomikos kūrimo problemos ir perspektyvos Europos Sąjungos plėtros sąlygomis. Daugiausia dėmesio skiriama bendros kultūrinės, socialinės, ekonominės ir informacinės erdvės Europos Sąjungoje plėtrai, parodant, jog tik bendroje erdvėje yra sudaromos realios prielaidos pasireikšti įvairaus pobūdžio sinergetiniams efektams, leidžiantiems inovacijų bei naujų technologinių proveržių priemonėmis užtikrinti dabartinės ekonominės sistemos transformavimą į kokybiškai naujo lygio ekonomiką, kuriai būtų būdingi žinių ekonomikos požymiai. Pabrėžiama nacionalinių ir regioninių ekonominių sistemų specializacijos ir išskirtinumo svarba. ENThe article examines the concept of knowledge economy, analyzes problems and the outlook for creating knowledge economy in the settings of the European Union enlargement. Most attention is devoted to the development of common cultural, social, economic and informational space in the European Union. The authors shows that only within common space real pre-conditions emerge for appearance of various types of synergetic effects, which ensure the transformation of current economic system – by means of innovations and new technological breakthroughs – into economy conceived on a qualitatively new level, distinguished by features of knowledge economy. The author emphasizes the importance of specialization and uniqueness among national and regional economic systems.
