Sveikatos priežiūros studijų programų kolegijose reflektyvinė analizė

LTProfesinio rengimo sistema šiandien ne tik atitinka demokratinės visuomenės ir modernios švietimo sistemos reikalavi-mus, bet ir tenkina naujos darbo rinkos poreikius. Šiuo metu 6 valstybinėse kolegijose realizuojama 12 skirtingų aukštojo mokslo neuniversitetinių sveikatos priežiūros studijų programų. Išorinė jų akreditacija pradedama jau šiais metais, todėl svarbiu veiksniu pasirengiant išoriniam auditui tampa vidinis auditas ir ypač pagrindinių studijų proceso dalyvių -studentų – nuomonė. Geriausiai ją atspindi sociologinė refleksija. Šio darbo tikslas – išsiaiškinti, kaip kolegijose rengiami sveikatos priežiūros krypties studentai vertina neuniversitetinio lygmens studijų programas bei atskirus mokymo proceso elementus: įsitikinti, ar sveikatos priežiūros krypties neuniversitetinių studijų programų vertinimas priklauso nuo studentų pasirinktos studijų programos; palyginti, kaip skirtingas studijų programas pasirinkę kolegijų studentai vertina modulius bei dėstymo lygio ir žinių vertinimo kokybę; nustatyti skirtingas sveikatos priežiūros studijų programas pasirinkusių studentų požiūrį į kolegijoje rengiamų specialistų ir ugdomų įgūdžių skirtumus. ENNowadays vocational education systems must meet the requirements of a democratic society and modern education as well as satisfy the needs of a new labour market and business world. At present 12 different higher non university study programs in the area of health care are being realized in 6 state colleges. Their external accreditation starts this year, that is why internal audit, especially the opinion of students as the main participants of the study process gains importance getting ready for an external audit. It is best expressed via sociological reflection.The work objective is to find out how the students in the area of health care at colleges evaluate non university level study programs and the elements of study process, make sure whether the evaluation of non university study programs depends on the chosen study program, compare how students in different study programs assess modules, the quality of teaching and knowledge evaluation. The research showed that college students’ evaluations do not depend on the chosen study program, but on the module topicality. Students positively assess the teaching level at college as well as teachers’ competences and study programs. However, only a little more than half of students are satisfied with knowledge evaluation system. Direct correlation among the satisfaction with evaluation system at college and teaching level, teachers’ competences, development of students’ professional needs and assessment of personal needs was discovered.
