Lietuvos kolegijų dėstytojų individualaus profesinio tapsmo barjerai

LTPirmosios kolegijos buvo įsteigtos 2000 metais Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu. Jas kuriant atliktos sudėtingos institucinės akreditacijos procedūros, kuriose dalyvavo ir užsienio šalių ekspertai. Šiuo metu Lietuvoje veikia 16 valstybinių ir 11 nevalstybinių neuniversitetinių mokyklų. Lietuvos Respublikos aukštojo mokslo įstatyme akcentuojami dideli reikalavimai kolegijų dėstytojams. Siekiant užtikrinti tinkamą kolegijų dėstytojų profesinę kompetenciją, būtina išanalizuoti esamą dėstytojų kompetencijų lygį ir individualaus profesinio tapsmo sąlygas. Itin svarbu žinoti sunkumus bei pedagoginio mąstymo stereotipus, trukdančius pedagogams tobulėti, bei jų įveikimo būdus. ENFirst Colleges were established by the Governmental Act of the Republic of Lithuania in 2000. To establish them the complex procedures of institutional accreditation, involving foreign experts, were carried out. Currently there are 16 State Colleges and 11 Independent non-university schools. The Law on Higher Education of the Republic of Lithuania emphasises the requirement for theoretical-practical competences of college teachers. On purpose to ensure high professional competence of college teachers it is necessary to analyse the present level of teachers' competences and the conditions for their individual Professional becoming. It is especially important to know the difficulties and stereotypes of pedagogical thinking, which interfere with the process of teachers' improvement and the ways to overcome them. The difficulties as barriers for practice and communication are discussed in the article; pedagogical practice is analysed as the sphere of the difficulties; the results of educational research of the expression of the barriers in the practice of college teachers, carried out in Lithuanian Colleges are presented. Presented conclusions of the research will help college teachers identify, which barriers interfere with their individual professional becoming. [From the publication]
