LTUniversalios tarptautinės vadybos sistemos ne visada gali būti pritaikomos specifinėms verslo sritims efektyviai valdyti. Todėl yra kuriamos „specializuotos“ vadybos sistemos. Straipsnio tikslas: apibendrinti maisto kokybės reglamentavimo sistemą ir jo saugos užtikrinimo raidą bei išryškinti kokybės ir saugos integruotos sistemos diegimo AB „Vilniaus Pergalė“ prielaidas. Sudėtingėjant maisto technologijoms, jo sudėčiai ir asortimentui bei stiprėjant maisto prekybos globalizacijai, iškilo būtinumas sukurti sistemą, kuri tarptautiniu mastu garantuotų maisto saugą ir kokybę nepriklausomai nuo to, iš kokio pasaulio regiono įvežamos žaliavos ir maisto produktai. Šiuo metu AB „Vilniaus Pergalė“ kuriama integruota kokybės vadybos (ISO 9001) ir maisto saugos vadybos (ISO 22000) sistema. Šį sprendimą lėmė tai, kad efektyviausios vadybos sistemos yra tos, kurios integruojamos į bendrąsias įmonės vadybos veiklas ir yra diegiamos struktūrizuotos vadybos sistemos rėmuose. Atlikta analizė parodė, kad abiejų minėtų standartų modeliai yra suderinami, o ISO 22000 reikalavimai nesunkiai gali būti susieti su kitais maisto saugos užtikrinimo posistemiais, o tai yra labai svarbu. Palyginus dabar naudojamą sistemą su ISO 22000, galima išskirti tokius naujus reikalavimus kaip interaktyvios komunikacijos sukūrimas įmonės išorėje ir viduje, nenumatytų atvejų prevencijos sistemos įdiegimas, kai kurios naujos būtinosios veiklos programos ir kt.Reikšminiai žodžiai: ISO 22000; ISO 9001; Kokybės vadyba; RVASVT; Saugos vadyba; HACCP; ISO 22000; ISO 9001; Quality management; Safety management.

ENUniversal international management systems cannot always be applied to the efficient management of specific areas of business. Therefore, “specialised” management systems are designed. The paper aims to summarise the system of regulation of food quality and the development of ensuring its safety as well as to point out the preconditions for the implementation of the integrated quality and safety system in AB “Vilniaus pergalė”. With food technologies, its ingredients and assortment becoming more complex and food trade globalisation strengthening, there has arisen the necessity to create a system that internationally guarantees food safety and quality regardless of the region of the world from which raw material and foodstuff comes. Currently AB “Vilniaus pergalė” has been creating an integrated quality management (ISO 9001) and food safety management (ISO 22000) system. The decision was determined by the fact that the most efficient management systems are those that are integrated in the general management activities of the company and implemented within the framework of the structured management system. The conducted analysis revealed that the models of both abovementioned standards are compatible, and that the requirements of ISO 22000 can be easily related to other subsystems of ensuring food safety, which is very important. The comparison of the currently used system and ISO 22000 points out new requirements such as the creation of interactive communication within and outside the company, implementation of the emergency prevention system, some new mandatory activity programmes, etc.
