Socialinio pedagogo vadybinė veikla

LTSocialinio ugdymo proceso bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose valdymas, socialinės pagalbos vaikams organizavimas ir koordinavimas bei kontrolė – ypač sunkus ir alinantis darbas, todėl neplanuojant ir griežtai nereglamentuojant savo veiklos socialiniam pedagogui labai lengva „perdegti“. Straipsnyje analizuojama tema aktuali, nes visa socialinio pedagogo veikla yra vadybinė. Pagal veiklos pobūdį specialistui tenka planuoti, organizuoti, kontroliuoti, vadovauti moksleivių socialinio ugdymo procesui. Socialinio pedagogo vadybinė veikla tiesiogiai iki šiol netyrinėta, todėl šiame straipsnyje siekiama atsakyti į klausimą: kokią ir kaip dažnai vadybinę veiklą atlieka socialinis pedagogas įgyvendindamas savo funkcijas? Socialinio pedagogo vadybinės veiklos teorinių žinių tyrimo rezultatai parodė, jog socialiniai pedagogai planuoja, organizuoja, vadovauja ir kontroliuoja tiek socialinio ugdymo procesą, tiek savo paties veiklą, bet dėl vadybos srities teorinių žinių stokos nelaiko jos vadybine. Atliekamoje vadybinėje veikloje pastebėta ir trūkumų. Socialiniai pedagogai neracionaliai paskirsto laiką, prisiima jų veiklai nenumatytas funkcijas, nors kiekybiniame tyrime socialiniai pedagogai nurodė, jog yra linkę įsivertinti savo veiklos stipriąsias ir tobulintinas sritis, tačiau atvirų klausimų rezultatai atskleidė, kad, analizuodami savo veiklą remdamiesi PTGP analize, neskiria veiklos stipriųjų pusių nuo ergonominių darbo sąlygų, o tai taip pat rodo vadybinės kompetencijos stoką.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Organizavimas; Organizavimas, planavimas ir vadovavimas; Planavimas ir vadovavimas; Socialinio pedagogo vadybinė veikla; Socialinio ugdymo proceso kontrolė; Control of social education process; Organization planning and management; Organization, planning and management; Social educator managerial activity; Social pedagogues managerial activity.

ENThe management of the social education process in general education schools, organisation and coordination of social assistance to children, as well as control are a particularly hard toil; therefore, a social pedagogue who does not plan and does not strictly regulate his activity may easily “burn out”. The topic analysed in the paper is relevant, because the entire activities of a social pedagogue are managerial. According to the type of activity, a specialist needs to plan, organise, control and supervise the pupils’ social education process. The managerial activity of a social pedagogue has not been directly investigated so far; therefore, the paper aims to answer the question what managerial activity and how often a social pedagogue performs while fulfilling his functions. The results of the study of theoretical knowledge of the managerial activities of a social pedagogue revealed that social pedagogues plan, organise, supervise and control both the social education process and their own activity, yet due to the lack of theoretical knowledge of management they do not consider it to be managerial. The managerial activity they carry out has flaws. Social pedagogues irrationally distribute time, assume functions that have not been envisaged with regard to their activities, although in the quantitative study social pedagogues indicated that they tend to self-evaluate their strengths and areas to be improved; however, the results of open questions revealed that when analysing their activities on the basis of the SWOT analysis they do not distinguish the strengths from ergonomic working conditions, which also shows the lack of managerial competence.
