Mutually shared team competence of professionals in early childhood intervention

LTStraipsnyje analizuojami tokie probleminiai klausimai: kokiais kriterijais remiantis turėtų būti apibrėžiamas kompetencijos konceptas; kokia komandinio darbo kompetencijos samprata pateikiama mokslinėje literatūroje; kokios sąlygos lemia komandos bendrosios pasidalintos kompetencijos kūrimą; kokias komandinio darbo kompetencijas akcentuoja specialistai, tenkinantys vaikų specialiuosius poreikius? Tyrimo tikslas – pateikti teorinį bendrosios pasidalintos komandos kompetencijos koncepto modelį ir atskleisti ankstyvosios intervencijos srityje dirbančių specialistų refleksijas apie kompetencijas, būtinas jų darbe. Taikyti šie tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, apklausa raštu, siekiant atskleisti ir išanalizuoti specialistų nuomones apie kompetencijas, būtinas darbui ankstyvąją pagalbą vaikui ir šeimai teikiančioje komandoje/tarnyboje. Kompetencija apibrėžiama kaip tobulėjanti praktinė veikla, lemianti sėkmingą darbo rezultatą konkrečiame profesiniame kontekste ir leidžianti specialistams veikti nenumatytose sudėtingose situacijose. Remiantis specialistų, dirbančių multiprofesinėse specialistų komandose, tenkinančiose vaikų ir jų šeimų specialiuosius poreikius, vertinimu, svarbiausiomis komandiniame darbe laikomos individualiosios profesinės kompetencijos bei individualiosios komandinio darbo kompetencijos. ENThe article is based on theoretical study as well as on written survey. The aim of theoretical analysis to present a theoretical model of the concept of the mutually shared team competence in an interprofessional team meeting early special needs of child and family and to find out presumptions of its development. The aim of survey is to reveal ECI professionals' reflections about competences necessary for teamwork. The mutually shared team competence is analysed on the basis of the teamwork processes in a specific context, i.e. meeting special needs of young children and providing support for their families. The authors stress on different levels of teamwork competences and its development, also on mutually shared conception of team members. On the basis of analysed sources, constructivist approach towards the definition of the competence and distributed cognition approach to the development of team competence, the theoretical model of mutually shared team competence has been constructed. The empirical survey showed that individual professional and individual teamwork competences are considered to be most important for teamwork. [From the publication]
