Mentoriaus kompetencijų raiška, vadovaujant ikimokyklinio ugdymo studijų programos studentų praktikai

LTPasaulinė mokytojų rengimo patirtis rodo, kad mentorystė yra vienas iš efektyviausių būdų profesionaliems jauniems pedagogams rengti. Mentorius – tai patyręs pedagogas, padedantis profesiškai tobulėti praktiką atliekančiam studentui ir pradedančiam dirbti pedagogui. Tyrimo tikslai – atskleisti mentoriaus kompetencijų raišką pedagoginės praktikos metu studentų požiūriu bei palyginti ir apibendrinti kvalifikuotų mentorių požiūrį į mentoriaus kompetencijų svarbumą ir ikimokyklinio ugdymo studijų programos studentų nuomones apie mentoriaus kompetencijų raišką vadovaujant studentų praktikai. Uždaviniai: atskleisti mentorystės ir mentoriaus kompetencijų fenomenus teoriniu lygmeniu; nustatyti stipriausiai ir silpniausiai praktikos metu pasireiškusius mentoriaus kompetencijų sandus studentų požiūriu bei palyginti šiuos rezultatus su kvalifikuotų mentorių pateiktais duomenimis. Tyrimo metodai: mentoriaus profesinių kompetencijų teorinė analizė, mentorių apklausa ir ikimokyklinio ugdymo studijų programos studentų apklausa, taikant mentoriaus kompetencijų aprašą kiekybinė duomenų analizė, populiarumo indekso apskaičiavimas.Tyrimu nustatyta, kad, studentų nuomone, profesinės praktikos metu labiausiai atsiskleidė mentoriaus asmeninė, socialinė ir didaktinė kompetencijos. Statistinė analizė leido nustatyti reikšmingus kvalifikuotų mentorių požiūrio į mentoriaus kompetencijų svarbumą ir studentų nuomonių apie šių kompetencijų raišką vadovaujant praktikai, vertinimo skirtumus. Kvalifikuotų mentorių visų kompetencijų vertinimo populiarumo indeksai yra aukštesni nei studentų. Tai rodo, kad kvalifikuoti mentoriai supranta kompetencijų svarbą vadovaujant studentų praktikai, tačiau, studentų požiūriu, jie ne visada tinkamai atlieka mentoriaus funkcijas. EN[...] The aims of the research are to reveal the expression of mentor competences during teaching practise from students' perspective; to compare and generalise attitude of qualified mentors towards importance of mentor competences and opinion of pre-school education students about expression of mentor competences in supervising students' teaching practice. The objectives of the research are to reveal phenomena of mentoring and mentor competences on theoretical level; to identify the components of mentor competencies that were the most or least expressed during practice according to the students' point of view and to compare the acquired results to the data provided by qualified mentors[…] The research showed that according to students, a mentor's personal, social and didactic competences were displayed most prominently during the professional practice. The statistical analysis of the research data revealed significant differences in evaluation of qualified mentors' attitude towards importance of mentor's competences and of students' opinions about expression of such competences when supervising practice. Popularity indices of evaluation of all the competences of the qualified mentors were higher compared to those of the students in the survey. This shows that qualified mentors perceive the importance of competences in supervising the teaching practice; however, according to the students, they do not always appropriately perform the role of a mentor.
