Development of students’ competences to act in the Community during the educational practice

LTAugančią bendruomenių ir bendruomeniškumo reikmę atskleidžia vis didesnis joms skiriamas dėmesys: tiek Europos Sąjungos, tiek Lietuvos politiniu lygmeniu akcentuojama bendruomenių plėtra ir socialinių paslaugų priartinimo prie vietos bendruomenių būtinybė. Bendruomenė gali būti traktuojama kaip socialinio darbuotojo veiklos objektas ir kaip socialinio darbuotojo ištekliai sprendžiant asmenų ir konkrečių grupių problemas. Bendruomenės problemų šaknys dažniausiai glūdi visuomeninėje erdvėje ir negali būti simuliuojamos universiteto auditorijoje. Todėl rengiant socialinius darbuotojus veiklai bendruomenėje akcentuojamas tiesioginis patyriminis socialinių darbuotojų rengimo modelis, kuriame pagrindiniais akcentais tampa studentų gyvenimiška arba tiesioginė darbinė patirtis, šios patirties pagrindu gali būti vystomi gebėjimai ir žinios, reikalingos darbui bendruomenėje. Sukūrus kompetencijų, veikiant bendruomenėje, teorinį modelį, buvo atlikta Mykolo Riomerio universiteto (MRU) socialinio darbo bakalauro studijų programos turinio kokybinė analizė. Pagrindinis indikatorius socialinio darbo bakalauro studijų programos (mokymo programa) analizėje – 8 pagrindinės kompetencijos, būtinos nustatyti socialinių darbuotojų gebėjimui veikti bendruomenėje. Buvo gvildenami pagrindiniai klausimai: kaip socialiniai darbuotojai pasirengę veiklai bendruomenėje; kokias išskiriamos kompetencijų veikiant bendruomenėje plėtojimo prielaidos.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Bendruomeninis socialinis darbas, ugdymas bendruomeninei praktikai; Bendruomenės socialinė veikla; Bendruomenės ugdymo praktika; Community social work; Education for community practice.

ENThe community can be treated as an object for a social worker's activity and as a resource for a social worker when solving problems of individuals and of specific groups. Based on training and approaches to the construction of the subject – matter of studies, the construction of the subject – matter of the studies empowering the competences of social workers to act in the community shall be orientated towards development of competences, reflecting personal experiences of activity and aiming at professional improvement. Orientating towards training based on competences, the results of the studies conforming to the achievements of the studies and ensuring the quality of the studies become the main and the primary element of construction of the subject – matter of the studies. Developing the competences of the students for the work with the community conditions should be provided for the students to join a particular community. During the practice students should observe, investigate the community and serve to it by planning and by aiming at positive changes in it and to reflect all implemented activities.
