Filosofijos vadovėlis : recenzija

LTRecenzijoje aptariama Ritos Šerpytytės parašyta knyga „Religija ir filosofija“ (2003). Šis vadovėlis neparankus nekantriam skaitytojui, pratusiam apsiriboti etikečių klijavimu mąstytojams. Tai, ko moko vadovėlis, į ką jis veda, yra ne tam tikros žinios ar mąstymo klišės, o pati filosofija, reikalaujanti tavo paties dalyvavimo ir angažavimosi. Ne tiekdama apdorotas žinias, bet atverdama dialogo erdvę ši knyga tampa vadovėliu ir meta nuolat atsinaujinantį iššūkį ne tik mokiniui, bet ir mokytojui. Knyga parašyta kaip vadovėlis 11 klasei. Tradiciniai vadovėlio atributai yra mokiniui užduodami klausimai ir užduotys, išryškinta įsimintina informacija. Visa tai yra aptariamoje knygoje, nors ir savitu būdu. Apžvalginiai tekstai ir klausimai bei užduotys yra kiekvienos dalies pradžioje. Patį knygos teksto branduolį sudaro svarstomai problemai parinktos įvairių mąstytojų tekstų ištraukos: į pokalbį įtraukiami ne tik filosofai, bet ir poetai, rašytojai, teologai. Šiuo aspektu knyga artima chrestomatijai. Svarbią komunikacijos plotmę steigia knygos iliustracijos. Autorės tikslas – patį skaitytoją įtraukti į svarstomas problemas. Tiek nuteikimas, tiek savirefleksijos žadinimas siekia ne vien teorinio, bet ir egzistencinio santykio su svarstomais dalykais. Knygos struktūroje siejami istorinis ir probleminis svarstymo aspektas; pats istoriškumas suvokiamas kaip problema. ENThe review discusses the book “Religija ir filosofija” [Religion and Philosophy] by Rita Šerpytytė (2003). This study book is not targeted at impatient readers who tend to label thinkers. What the study book teaches and the direction it shows is not a certain knowledge or thought clichés, but the philosophy requiring your participation and engagement. Not by giving processed knowledge, but by opening a dialogue space this book becomes a study book posing an ever renewing challenge to both students and teachers. The book serves as a study book for Grade 11. The traditional attributes of a study book are the questions and tasks for the student as well as highlighted memorable information. All this is present in the book under discussion, though in an original way. Synoptical texts and questions together with tasks are given at the beginning of each part. The nucleus of the text consists of the extracts from various thinkers’ texts selected for the problem under discussion: not only philosophers, but also poets, writers, theologians are involved in the conversation. By this aspect the book is close to a sampler. Illustrations establish an important plane of communication. The author has the aim to involve the reader into the consideration of problems. Both the mood and stimulation of self-reflection aim at not only a theoretical, but also existential relationship with the issues under discussion. The historical and problematic aspects of consideration are combined in the structure of the book; historicity as such is perceived as a problem. The book consists of four parts that present a certain problematic cross-section of the relationship of religion and philosophy.
