Summary / Abstract:

LTVaikai, lankę Klaipėdos universiteto eksperimentinį darželį „Šaltinėlis“, toliau stebimi visą mokymosi pradinėje mokykloje laikotarpį. Šiame darbe pateikiami lankiusiųjų eksperimentinį darželį ir kontrolinės grupės pirmosios klasės mokinių motyvacijos tyrimo rezultatai. Gauti duomenys rodo, kad eksperimentinį darželį lankiusiųjų vaikų grupėje daugelis motyvacinių adaptacijos mokykloje rodiklių yra geresni. ENRealising the ideas of education reforms in pre-school institutions from 1989 till now a few independent projects have been accomplished. One of them was accomplished in an experimental kindergarten of Klaipeda university, under the guidance of the authors of this project. A new programme for the education of children from 3 to 7 years was designed to change the previous teacher-centered curriculum for a more humanistic child-centered approach. The changes were made in both content and methods. In the experimental kindergarten children are free to move round the activity centres (music, drama, sports rooms, etc.), to choose activities they wish to pursue, to choose partners they wish to communicate. The study of the effect of the kindergarten context on an individual adjustment in primary school was focused on motivation assessment. The results of the two groups of children from the experimental kindergarten and control kindergarten (with traditional curriculum) were compared. The children from the experimental kindergarten have been given a significant higher evaluation in assessing a positive attitude to learning and emotional reactions to school. [From the publication]
