Socialinių įgūdžių lavinimo praktika

LTSocialinių įgūdžių ir gebėjimų supratimas bei jų lavinimas turi rastis formuojantis asmenybei, jai bręstant, t. y. ikimokyklinėse įstaigose, bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose, gimnazijose ir kitose švietimo įstaigose. Įgūdžiai bei gebėjimai, kurie nusako asmenybės socialumą, turi būti lavinami per pratybas, mokymo(si) procese. Šio straipsnio tyrimo problema – socialinių įgūdžių ir gebėjimų lavinimo praktika tobulinant ugdymo procesą bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje. Tyrimo tikslai yra du. Pirma, atrinkti socialinių įgūdžių lavinimo, metodines priemones, naujas pedagogines technologijas, padedančias tobulinti socialinių įgūdžių lavinimą ugdymo procese. Antra, išryškinti pedagogų požiūrį į naujų pedagoginių technologijų ir metodų taikymo galimybes ugdymo procese. Tyrimo objektas – pedagogų ir neuniversitetinės aukštosios mokyklos, rengiančios pedagogus, dėstytojų, dalyvavusių edukaciniuose seminaruose, požiūris į naujų pedagoginių technologijų bei metodų taikymą tobulinant ugdymo procesą. Straipsnyje išskiriami trys tyrimo metodai. Pirma, mokslinės literatūros analizė taikoma siekiant patikslinti socialinius įgūdžius bei gebėjimus, būtinus gyvenant demokratinėje visuomenėje, įvardijant galimas socialinių įgūdžių lavinimo priemones. Antra, kvalifikacijos tobulinimo renginys – edukacinis seminaras. Trečia, anketine apklausa, pagrįsta įgūdžiais ir gebėjimais, būtinais gyvenant demokratinėje visuomenėje, siekiama nustatyti ir įvertinti pedagogų požiūrį į naujų pedagoginių technologijų taikymo lavinant socialinius įgūdžius bei tobulinant mokymo(si) procesą galimybes.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Socialiniai įgūdžiai; Ugdymas; Social skills; Education.

ENThe role of teachers is interpreted in a new light of the educational process, as the social structure of the world is changing, the reform of Lithuanian educational system is being committed and the science of education is being developed. The development of social skills and education of personal and social competence become of equal importance for accumulation and extension of knowledge. New methods and pedagogic techniques are required for accomplishment of new functions of pedagogic activity. Purpose: selection of educational methods of social skills, methodological means and pedagogic techniques which aid to development of training of social skills in the process of education; evaluation of teachers' viewpoint on possibilities of application of new pedagogic techniques and methods in the process of education. Objectives: the viewpoint of university lecturers who prepare school and college teachers on new pedagogic techniques and application of methods in the process of education. Methods: analysis of scientific literature; presentation of qualification development: an educational seminar; a questionnaire. Results: the most frequently applied methods of social skills training have been enumerated: active teaching methods and pedagogic techniques of debates. The most frequently applied active teaching methods have been singled out that is discussion ingroups, learning in collaboration and methods of performing roles. The spheres of development of pedagogic activity have been determined: conscious training of social skills exclusively, training of social skills as the consequence of development, development of educational process when choosing the training of social skills as a method.
