Inovacijų ir mokslo įtaka Lietuvos pramonės konkurencingumui

LTŠiandien tampa itin aktualu išlaikyti ekologinę pusiausvyrą ir ekovystymasi, kartu suderinant ir ekonominį augimą. Šiame straipsnyje atskleidžiami ekonomikos augimą bei šalies konkurencingumą lemiantys veiksniai bei šių veiksnių kompleksiškumo reikšmė šalies pramonės konkurencingumo augimui. Analizės rezultatai leidžia pastebėti, jog nemažai mokslininkų inovacijas įvardija kaip esminį konkurencingumą bei ekonominį augimą nulemiantį veiksnį. Tačiau reikėtų atkreipti dėmesį į tai, jog nekiek pati inovacija yra pagrindinis konkurencingumo bei pažangos variklis. Konkurencingumą nulemia daugiau inovacijų specifiškumas bei jų tikslingumas jas pritaikant. Iš vienos pusės tai gali būti nauja, tačiau nebūtinai tai kas nauja gali suteikti konkurencinį pranašumą. Nevisada naujų įrengimų, naujos technologijos taikymas ar nauji gamybos metodai padeda įmonei išsilaikyti konkurencinėje kovoje, sėkmingai konkuruoti tarptautinėje ar vietinėje rinkoje. Remiantis atliktais tyrimai galima teigti, jog sėkmę konkurencinėje kovoje daugiau nulemia tinkamas inovacijos pobūdžio parinkimas, čia itin svarbu sėkminga įžvalga pasirenkant būtent kokio pobūdžio inovacija bus efektyvi duotuoju momentu. ENGlobalization and changes in the market dictate new approach to both economic and social environment. The concept of factors of production is changing and manpower is treated as investment, the importance of life long learning is emphasized, team work is increasingly valued. The current concern is to maintain ecological balance and eco-development, harmonizing the economic growth at the same time. The aim of this article is to analyze the main directions of the influence of innovations and research on the competitiveness of Lithuania’s industry. Some scientists refer to innovations as crucial determinant of competitiveness and economic growth. One should note that innovation itself is not the main engine of competitiveness and progress. Competitiveness is determined more by specificity of innovations and their purposive appliance. The novelty is not necessarily the cause of competitive advantage. Appliance of new equipment, new technology or new production methods not always helps company to withstand the competitive struggle or successfully compete in international or national market. In that case the success is more determined by appropriate selection of the nature of innovation, and the insight as to which kind of innovation will be the most effective in the given moment is very important.
