Veiklos kompetencijų svarba ir raiška profesiniame rengime

LTPrioritetas profesiniame rengime pirmiausia turi būti sukoncentruotas į asmenybės ugdymą lavinant veiklos kompetencijas. Veiklinių gebėjimų: dalykinės, socialinės bei metodinės kompetencijų ugdymas yra pirmaeilis šiandieninis profesinio rengimo uždavinys. ENThe aim of this article is to highlight the importance of action competence, especially its social and methodical aspects in vocational training, to present attitudes of employers towards action competence and life long learning, as well as requirements they have for vocational training and its development. The qualitative research was carried out in order to reveal what characteristics and abilities of employees are considered by employers and managers to be optimal in a given economical situation. Theoretical analysis as well as results of the qualitative research enable to present a conclusion that education in vocational schools should be based on co-operation of students as well as acquisition of professional skills; in other words, not only subject competence is important, social and methodical competencies are important also.
