ENThe purpose of this article is to evaluate the reform of Lithuanian VET system and main processes of it according to such criteria: actuality, efficiency, impact on VET institutions of different levels and influence of various international projects on Lithuanian VET reform. Seeking for more detailed ant correct evaluation of VET reform it was divided into several separate processes: renovation of VET curriculum; development of VET standards; formulation of VET policy and strategy; VET teachers/ trainers training; development of social partnership; implementation of technical-technological innovations in to VET; development of international participation; improvement of quality assurance system; dissemination of innovations in VET. This evaluation shown that reform needs more deeper evaluation but already it is obvious that further strategy of VET system renovation and reform must be oriented in to such processes: VET teachers/trainers training, renovation of VET curriculum; development of VET standards; improvement of quality assurance system and VET system research.
