LTAsmenybės raidoje akcentuojamas profesinės raidos aspektas. Asmenybės tapsmas, be kita ko, priklauso nuo sugebėjimo išsikelti profesinius tikslus, susidaryti pofesijos įsigijimo planus bei keisti profesinius įsitikinimus mokantis specialybės. Paaugliai ir jaunuoliai linkę keisti kai kuriuos profesinius įsitikinimus: prisiimti didesnę atsakomybę už savo sprendimus, derėtis su darbdaviais ieškant darbo, vėl mokytis, jei reikėtų persikvalifikuoti ir t.t. ENVocational development is the main task of personal development of adolescences and youths. In this article we were interested in vocational development of students of the University of Agriculture (youths) and pupils of Economy school of Anykščiai (adolescences). In 1999/2000 year we investigated the first and second course of housekeeping technology speciality students girls of Economy school. After two years we once more investigated vocational development. The same girls were in the third - fourth cources. 14 girls in 2001/2002 year became master students in the University. We had the results of their vocational development in 1999/2000 and repeated investigation in 2001/2002. So in total the object of investigation is vocational development in the period of two years of 93 girls (youths and adolescences). The method of research is Career beliefs inventory of Krumboltz. It consists of 96 propositions of vocational beliefs. The results of this longitudinal research are statistically reliable. Belief of transform professional planes (p=0,001), belief of getting an interesting job (p=0,001), belief of having the clear task of job (p<0,063), belief to be risky and try to find job by yourself (p<0,06) was expressed between students. The pupils expressed belief of responsability for their plans of vocational development (p=0,05), the belief of persistent and hard work (p=0,05). [From the publication]
