LTStraipsnyje analizuojama naujai priimtų darbuotojų socializacijos organizacijoje problema. Aptariami individualūs (amžius, išsilavinimas, darbo pobūdis, darbo patirtis), darbo grupės (klimatas, grupės dydis), vadovavimo (vadovo-pavaldinio santykių kokybė, vadovavimo stilius) ir organizaciniai (mentoriaus skyrimas) veiksniai, susiję su darbuotojų socializacija. Pristatomas tyrimas, leidžiantis įvertinti skirtingų socializacijos veiksnių įtaką atskiriems socializacijos rodikliams. ENThe analysis of contemporary teacher training theories indicated that the main point of the teacher training theory is determined by the following dimensions: the declared educational goals; the relationship and interaction of the theory and practice in the process of pedagogical studies; the understanding of the human nature and the meaning of human life. The major dimension of the pedagogical studies is the nature of the relationship and interaction of the theoretical and practical studies. It can cause the following changes: the major parameters of the theoretical pedagogical studies - subject-matter, a course in pedagogical basics, "professional" studies; the major parameters of the practical pedagogical studies - pedagogical practicum, "tutor", "mentor", pedagogical practice, pedagogical clinics, method of pedagogical cases, duration and organisation of the pedagogical studies; the general parameters of theoretical and practical pedagogical studies - "the hidden" and "null" curriculum. The further research coud be dedicated to discover the content of these parameters, to name and ground the significance of their relation in the process of pedagogical studies. [From the publication]
