Savarankiškas darbas aukštojoje mokykloje socialinio pedagogo vadybinių kompetencijų ugdymo požiūriu : studentų nuomonė

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas studentų savarankiškas darbas kaip reikšmingas socialinių pedagogų vadybinių kompetencijų ugdymo veiksnys. Pastaraisiais metais atlikti tyrimai rodo, kad daugeliui socialinių pedagogų trūksta vadybinių kompetencijų. Tai skatina ieškoti būdų, kaip efektyviau ugdyti būsimųjų socialinių pedagogų vadybines kompetencijas. Straipsnyje tyrinėjamas studentų savarankiškas darbas, kuris aktualizavosi keičiantis paradigmoms iš tradicinės mokymo į konstruktyvistinę mokymosi, kur mokymasis numato aktyvią savarankišką besimokančiųjų veiklą. Siekta išsiaiškinti studentų nuomones apie savarankišką darbą aukštojoje mokykloje socialinio pedagogo vadybinių kompetencijų ugdymo požiūriu. Tyrimas padėjo gauti argumentų, kad savarankiškas darbas padeda socialinės pedagogikos programų studentams ugdytis vadybines kompetencijas. ENIn the article independent work of students as an element of the education of management competencies of social care teachers has been analyzed. Researches accomplished in recent years demonstrate that the majority of social care teachers lack management competencies. Practical need of management competencies of social care teachers stimulates searching for ways how to educate management competencies of social care teachers more effectively. In the article independent work of students has been researched that has actualized due to the change of paradigms from traditional learning to more constructive learning where studying implies active independent work of those who study. The aim of research is to reveal student opinion about independent work at higher school from the viewpoint of education of management competencies of a social care teacher.
