LT[...] Užsienio šalių patirtis parodė, kad svarbiausios strateginės inovacijų kryptys kaimo turizmo sektoriuje, susiduriant su naujaisiais iššūkiais, yra kelios. Visų pirma, svarbu pasitelkti inovacijas didesnės pridėtinės vertės produktų kūrimui. Jos turi padėti kaimo turizmui prisitaikyti prie klimato kaitos. Inovacijos neįmanomas be mokslo ir verslo bendradarbiavimo. Turizmo informacinė veikla, paslaugų įvairovė ir jos sklaida yra neatsiejama dalis ir turizmo infrastruktūros plėtros, siekiant pritraukti lankytojų. Pastaraisiais metais sėkmingai plėtojamas kaimo turizmas kuria ekonominę ir socialinę naudą kaimo vietovėse, kadangi kaimo turizmo veikla yra ne tik darbo vietų ir pajamų šaltinis kaimo gyventojams, bet ir patraukli veikla jaunimui, be to augantys poilsiautojų srautai kaimo vietovėse palaiko šio verslo gyvybingumą. Sėkminga kaimo turizmo veikla regione, pritraukia investicijas. Lietuva turi didžiulį gamtinį bei kultūrinį potencialą kurį galėtų panaudoti kaimo turizmo populiarinimui, bei šios turizmo šakos sezoniškumui mažinti. Tačiau dauguma kultūrinių išteklių yra labai prastos būklės ir nėra pritaikyti turizmui, taip mes prarandame ne tik galimą turizmo rinkos dalį, bet pamažu nyksta ir paveldas, kuris turėtų būti tautos pasididžiavimu. EN[...] Foreign experience has shown that the most important innovation in of rural tourism sector to face up to new challenges. In particular, it is important to use innovation in higher value-added product development. They need to help rural tourism to adapt to climate change. Innovation is not possible without the scientific and business cooperation. Tourist information activities, the range of services and its dissemination is an integral part of tourism and infrastructure development to attract visitors. The success of rural tourism in the region to attract investment. Lithuania has a great natural and cultural potential that could be used for promotion of rural tourism and the tourism industry to reduce seasonality. However, the majority of cultural resources have a very poor condition and not suitable for tourism. The purpose of this article – to evaluate the innovation strategy realization assumption in rural tourism sector. Achieve the objective of choice following tasks: 1. to analyze the concept of innovation; 2. to analyze theoretical aspects of the innovation strategy; 3. to investigate respondents opinion about innovative service realization opportunities in the rural tourism sector. Results showed Innovation has many definitions, but the preferred is that innovation – the process to gain competitive advantage by combining scientific, technological and organizational developments and progress made during the organization's products, services and ways of working in the field of modeling and knowledge management perspective.Innovative rural tourism development of the business – it's not just creativity, new service, pleasant entertainment, but also a lot of wisdom and patient labor-business. Innovation strategy focused on decision relating to the use of resources in order to change the company targets for innovation and added – value creation and competitive advantage in the pursuit. The results showed that the prosperity of rural tourism is affecting the conditions: – Anew image of rural tourism – the original installation of settlements with additional services; – Clearing roads to farmsteads and manufacture guiding marks; – Greater attention to training people to service award; – Effective online advertising on a sufficient number of pictures. The development of rural tourism, rural tourism farms should be as much as possible the following services: – organized hiking, biking, canoeing; – rented water inventory; – playgrounds; – internet services; – sports equipment; – host interaction with the guests; – sports equipment, etc. services.
