Manifestation of the norms of social pedagogues' ethics in their professional activity

LTŠiame straipsnyje autorės pristato socialinio pedagogo etinių normų raiškos profesinėje veikloje tyrimą, kuris atliktas Kauno technologijos universitete 2010 metais. Respondentai – socialiniai pedagogai atrinkti iš vieno didžiausių Lietuvos miestų ir regionų. Tyrimas atskleidė etines dilemas ir sprendimus profesinėje veikloje laikantis etinių normų. Straipsnis rodo socialinių pedagogų etinių požiūrių įvairovę, apribojimus, pozicijas, skirtingus poreikius pagarbos klientams aspektu. ENReferring to methodological approaches of professional ethics the article presents the results of the research on the expression of ethical norms of a social pedagogue in professional activity; the research was performed at Kaunas University of Technology in 2010. The population of social pedagogues from one of the biggest town and region of Lithuania was chosen for the research. The research disclosed ethical dilemmas and difficulties of their resolution by following the norms of ethics in professional activity of a social pedagogue. The article reveals the variety, limitation and clear position of their ethical attitudes, different needs in respect of their clients. [From the publication]
