LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama blanketinės dispozicijos sąvoka ir jos vartojimo teisinėje kalboje ypatumai. Siūlomas baudžiamajame įstatyme esančių straipsnių su blanketinėmis dispozicijomis skirstymas į tam tikras rūšis pagal atitinkamus požymius. ENThe article discusses the concept of blanket dispositions in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Author proposes to use term "blanket disposition" as the term which indicates the feature of the source but not the feature of rule of law. In addition the article gives proposals for classification of the blanket dispositions. Furthermore, the article discusses pros and cons of the usage of blanket dispositions in the Criminal Code. The article raises the idea that usage of blanket dispositions is inevitable, however the usage of blanket dispositions denies the idea that the only source of criminal liability is the Criminal Code.
