Istorijos dramatizavimas. Neoromantiškieji Viduramžiai

LTPirmoje straipsnio dalyje, aptariančioje literatūros ir istorijos sąsajas, išryškinamas istorinės ir poetinės vaizduotės giminingumas. Remiantis F. Nietzsche's, J. Ruseno, H.White'o darbais, atskleidžiama istorinių pasakojimų tipologinė įvairovė, pagrįsta retorinės kalbos figūrų, populiarių naratyvinių modelių panaudojimu, praeities įprasminimo būdų skirtybėmis. Akcentuojamas ir literatūros istoriškumas: pateikiama glausta lietuvių istorinių dramų tipologinė apžvalga, paremta Vakarų Europos istorinių-kultūrinių epochų periodizacija, kultūros istorijos, istorinės poetikos formų adaptavimu bei rekonstravimu, pritaikant ir kai kurias istorinio pasakojimo tipologines apibrėžtis. Antroje straipsnio dalyje atskleidžiamas Viduramžių vaizdinys neoromantinėse G. Landsbergio–-Žemkalnio, V. Krėvės, L. Giros, V. Mykolaičio–-Putino dramose, jų paralelės su preromantine gotikinio romano ir melodramos stilistika, integruojančia senąsias (kurtuazinio romano) bei moderniąsias (simbolizmo) poetikos formas. ENIn the first part of the article, which analyses interactive links between literature and history, the close relationships of historical and poetic imagery are highlighted. On the basis of the works of F. Nietzsche, J. Riisen, H. White, a typological variety of historical narratives is presented, and it focuses on the exploitation of the figures of rhetorical language and on the popular narrative patterns as well as on the conceptual inter-relationships between the past and the present. The historical dimension of literature is put forward by presenting a concise typological overview of Lithuanian historical dramas; the overview relies on the accepted periodization of historic and cultural epochs in West Europe, also on the adaptations and reconstructions of the historic – poetic forms and images of the history of culture; some typological definitions, well-fitting the historical narratives under discussion, are applied here. In the second part of the article, the ways of portraying medieval images in the neoromantic dramas of G. Landsbergis-Žemkalnis, V. Krėvė, L. Gira, V. Mykolaitis-Putinas are discussed; some attention is given to disclosing links between the above mentioned dramas and the stylistic peculiarities of the pre-romantic gothic novel and melodrama that integrate previously popular forms (for instance, in the knights novel) wit modern (symbolic) poetic forms.
