Sociolingvistinis tarminių kodų taisyklingumo tyrimas

LTStraipsnio objektas – tarminių kodų taisyklingumas. Tarminių kodų taisyklingumą siekiama nusakyti ne tyrėjo, bet kalbos vartotojo, t. y. suvokėjo (vertintojo), požiūriu. Tyrimo duomenys atskleidžia, kad kalbos taisyklingumą jaunieji respondentai (14-18 metų) pirmiausia sieja su bendrine kalba. Svarstytina, ar tai susiję su realia kompetencija, ar tik su preskriptyviomis mokyklinėmis žiniomis, kad bendrinė kalba – tai taisyklinga sistema, ir ji yra atskaita vertinant kitokią raišką. Tarminiam kodui linkstama taikyti bendrinei kalbai keliamus reikalavimus, todėl jaunieji respondentai tarminius kodus vertina kaip labiau netaisyklingus: tarminio kodo taisyklingumo įvertį lemia panašumas į bendrinę kalbą – kuo tarminis kodas panašesnis į bendrinę kalbą, tuo jis taisyklingesnis; taisyklingumas laikomas komunikacijos sėkmės sąlyga – nesuprantamas tekstas yra daugiau ar mažiau netaisyklingas. Iš tekstų-stimulų įverčių atsiskleidžiantis skirtingas tarminių kodų taisyklingumo vertinimas leidžia numanyti jaunųjų respondentų tarmių mentalinį žemėlapį, o ne vienalytį tarminio kalbėjimo vaizdinį. Skirtingesni aukštaičių ir žemaičių kodų įverčiai sudaro prielaidą tolesniems tyrimams, kad aukštaičių tarminiai kodai laikomi taisyklingesniais už žemaičių kodus. Jaunųjų respondentų tarminių tekstų-stimulų įverčiai ir pateikiami skaitinių reikšmių argumentai leidžia teigti, kad kalbinės bendruomenės nariams taisyklingumas nėra tik kalbėjimo lygmens principas, tai ir kognityviojo nuostatų lygmens principas. ENAn object of the article is the regularity of dialectal codes. It is intended to determine the regularity of dialectal codes from the language user's, i.e. perceiver (assessor), point of view instead of a researcher's point of view. The research data reveals that according to young respondents (14–18 years) the correctness of the language is firstly related to the common language. It is considered whether the fact that the common language is a correct system treated as a point from which other expressions are evaluated is related to a real competence or to prescriptive scientific knowledge. Usually, the requirements for the common language are applied to a dialectal code, therefore young respondents treat dialectal codes as more incorrect: the assessment of the correctness of a dialectal code is based on its similarity to the common language, i.e. the more similar, the more correct; correctness is treated as a condition for successful communication, i.e. an unclear text is more or less incorrect. The assessment of texts–stimulus reveals different assessments of the correctness of dialectal codes. It allows us to make a dialectal mental map of the young respondents instead of an even image of dialectal speaking. Different assessments of Lower and Upper Lithuania codes make an assumption for further researches that dialectal codes of Upper Lithuania are treated as more correct than the ones of Lower Lithuania. The assessment of dialectal texts–stimulus and arguments for numerical values provided by young respondents allow us to state that correctness is not a principle of a speaking level to the members of the linguistic community; it is a principle of a cognitive level, as well. A strict assessment of dialectal codes reveals public prestige of the common language.
