Interneto komentuotojų nuostatos dėl lietuvių kalbos priežiūros

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama viena iš daugelio interneto erdvėje gyvavusių diskusijų kalbos klausimais. Nagrinėjamos kalbinės diskusijos komentarai rodo, kad žmonės nevienodai supranta kalbos priežiūros svarbą ir jos taikymą įvairioms kalbos vartojimo sritims. Vieniems visiškai nepriimtina, kad kišamasi į kalbos raidą, kiti pripažįsta, kad kai kurios kalbos vartojimo sritys turi būti valstybės kontroliuojamos. Tirtuose interneto komentaruose nurodomos šios viešosios lietuvių kalbos vartojimo sritys, kurioms reikia kalbos priežiūros ir kontrolės: žiniasklaida; viešoji politikos; viešoji informacija ir paslaugų teikimas visuomenei; švietimas; grožinė literatūra; individualūs interneto tinklalapiai ir interneto komentarai. Viešosios interneto erdvės kalba, neminėta 1995 m. Valstybinės kalbos įstatyme, kelia daug rūpesčių dėl joje vykstančių procesų. Dauguma iš esmės nepakantūs keiksmažodžiams ir vulgarybėms viešojoje interneto erdvėje. Kita vertus, jautriai reaguoja, kad bus kontroliuojama jų privačioji kalba. Komentarų kalba yra viešoji, tačiau tai ir anonimiškų žmonių kalba. Ją galima reguliuoti tik bendromis pačių interneto portalų ir visuomenės viešosios nuomonės pastangomis, t. y. kurti tokią aplinką, kurioje siekiamybė būtų gyva, nesudarkyta laisvojo stiliaus kalba. Visuomenei skirta kalbinė informacija turėtų būti pateikiama aiškiau ir tiksliau, kad būtų išvengta nereikalingos įtampos ir diskusijų tarp visuomenės ir kalbininkų. Į panašiose kalbinėse diskusijose pateikiamus argumentus ir požiūrius būtina atsižvelgti imantis kalbos politikos veiksmų ir viešai juos aiškinant.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Interneto komentuotojai; Kalbininkai; Internet commentaries; Linguists.

ENThe article analyses one of many discussions about the language which existed in the Internet. The analysed comments of the linguistic discussion reveal that people differently understand the importance of taking care of the language and its application in various spheres of the language use. Ones cannot accept that the development of the language is controlled, others admit that some spheres of the language use should be controlled by the state. In the analysed Internet comments, the following public spheres of the Lithuanian language use which need language review and control are indicated: the media; public politics; public information and service provision to the society; education; fiction; personal websites and comments in the Internet. The language in a public space of the Internet which is not mentioned in the 1995 Law on the State Language raise many concerns because of its processes. In principle, the majority does not tolerate curses and vulgarity in the public space of the Internet. On the other hand, they react responsively to the control of their own language. The language of comments is public, however it is a language of anonymous people. It may be controlled only by a common effort of the Internet sites and a public opinion of the society, i.e.: to create an environment which would seek for a lively and unmutilated free-style language. Linguistic information intended for the society should be rendered more clearly and exactly in order to avoid unnecessary tension and discussions between the society and linguists. It is necessary to pay attention to the arguments of similar linguistic discussions, apply the actions of the linguistic policy and explain them publicly.
