ENFactor analysis with the rotated solution of principal component analysis considered three factors of entrepreneurial skills: technical skills, management skills and personal characteristics. These factors show significant and complete support for the model. Results of the research reveal that there are positive relationship between diversity of learning process, perception of business environment, acquisition of experience and group work and students' entrepreneurial skills.The paper examines the model of Simulation Business Enterprise and seeks to measure its effectiveness on educating entrepreneurial skills. Some of the fundamental themes in the literature are reviewed, including the characteristics and skills required by entrepreneur; the difficulties involved in categorizing entrepreneurship programmes; the effectiveness of teaching/learning methods used in entrepreneurship programmes and distinction of them. There is no doubt that assessing the effectiveness of the programmes and courses is a complex issue due to the number of variables that have to be taken into consideration. The paper discusses what factors are associated with effective entrepreneurship education and training and argues that Simulation Business Enterprise is one of the most effective teaching models in Lithuanian Colleges for educating future entrepreneurs. Using a questionnaire-based methodology, the paper based on responses from a sample of students which have their practical training in Simulation Business Enterprises in Lithuanian Colleges. The questionnaire was based on Hisrich and Peters (1998) categorization of technical, business management and personal entrepreneurial skills required by entrepreneurs. They are as follows: technical skills which include written and oral communication, technical management and organizing skills, business management skills which include planning, decision-making, marketing and accounting skills, personal entrepreneurial skills which includes inner control, innovation, risk taking and innovation.
