LTKonkrečių verslo sričių socialinės atsakomybės formos priklauso nuo jų veiklos pobūdžio ir sąlyčio su visuomene. Neatsižvelgimas į ĮSA tampa rimtu konkurencingumo praradimo aspektu ateityje. Tyrimo tikslas – atlikti įmonių socialinės atsakomybės tyrimą socialiai atsakingose organizacijose Lietuvoje, įrodant ĮSA svarbą organizacijų veikloje. Tyrimu nustatyta, kad ĮSA nauda yra įvairiapusė: padeda gerinti įmonės įvaizdį, pritraukti ir išlaikyti geriausius darbuotojus, sumažinti energijos vartojimo ir atliekų kiekį bei joms skiriamas išlaidas, prisideda prie gyvenimo kokybės gerinimo ir kt. Respondentų teigimu, didžiausios klaidos įgyvendinat ĮSA yra paviršutiniškas požiūris į ĮSA, strateginio plano nebuvimas, ĮSA „nuleidimas iš viršaus“, dalyvaujant ne visiems darbuotojams, ilgalaikės vizijos nebuvimas. ENThis article analyzes the peculiarities and significance of the corporate social responsibility (CSR). The problem of this article is: the corporate social responsibility influence to organization work results and for employees is relevance problem to the management process of modern organization, but management of Lithuanian organizations only seldom relies on social responsibility during motivation process. They think that during the economic downturn the assets would better be used elsewhere. Some questions arise: should the organization in public speak about its CSR? What are the benefits of CRS for the organizations whose implant the standard of social responsibility? Do Lithuanian organizations realize the importance of CSR? So the scientific and practical problem is evident insufficient use of CSR in the organization work. The main purpose of this article is to do the research in the Lithuanian social responsibility organizations, and motivate CSR significance in the organization work. The object: corporate social responsibility. Methods: analyze of science literature, synthesis, questionnaire, and statistics data analyzing using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) programme. CSR is reflected by employee's health administrative innovation, business learning, learning all life and environmental questions.CSR includes the organizations responsibility to carry out such a policy and take decisions which correspond with public goals and values; to carry out such a business functions which supply the needs of society. This means that the organization should be responsible for each activity which affects people or environment. Furthermore, social responsibility is closely linked with moral law and principles of values. […] The research shows that CSR benefit are diverse, that helps to improve the image of organization, attract and keep better employees, also promote for creation better live and e. t. According to respondents opinion the biggest mistakes for realizing CSR are: non - existence of the strategic plan; Social responsibility of corporation's is "declined from above" - with no participating of all employees, also according to respondents opinion one of the biggest mistake is that organizations does not have of long-term vision. Organizations try to realize the corporate social work adjusting CSR indented principles. But the research shows that not all organizations observe all CSR indented principles, but they trying, because the CSR principles in organization work can help to confirm the organization and employees relationships, safeguard the loyalty and motivate to do work better.
