Gyventojų migracija : problemos ir aktualijos

LT[...] Straipsnyje keliama ir patvirtinama hipotezė, kad emigracijos priežastys priklauso nuo visuomenės vertybių sistemos ir visuomenės vertybių sistema leidžia numatyti galimus emigracijos pokyčius. Jei emigraciją sukeliančios priežastys visuomenės vertybių sistemoje vaidina labai svarbų vaidmenį, jos gali išlikti svarbios ilgą laiką. 2004 m. atliktas Lietuvos visuomenės vertybinių nuostatų tyrimas leidžia teigti, kad Lietuvos visuomenės didžiausio pritarimo sulaukė individualistinės vertybės, kiek mažiau – visuomeninės ir mažiausiai – hedonistinės. Palyginus gautus rezultatus su deklaruojamomis emigracijos priežastimis (2006 m. tyrimai) gauta, kad nors pagal vidutinį pritarimą skirtingoms vertybėms, aukščiausias respondentų įvertinimas teko individualistinėms vertybėms, tačiau grupuojant respondentus pagal jų vertybines nuostatas, pagrindinę grupę (net 53 % visų respondentų) charakterizuojančiu požymiu tapo jų preferencijos materialinėms vertybėms ir ekonominiai pasirinkimai. Tai leidžia teigti, kad didelė mūsų visuomenės dalis sprendimą migruoti renkasi ir artimiausiu metu pasirinks vedami ekonominių, materialinių motyvų. Tačiau tikėtina, kad visuomenės dalis, teikianti didžiausią pritarimą individualistinėms vertybėms (ypač jauni ir socialiniais įsipareigojimais nesusiję), keičiantis socioekonominėms aplinkybėms – gerėjant ekonominei situacijai, bus linkusi emigruoti dėl geresnės gyvenimo kokybės, savirealizacijos ir savo vertės pajautimo [...]. ENThe process of globalization manifests that economic migration as a phenomenon is closely linked not only to the country economy and labour market but moreover to the personality of emigrant and values of society. The article discusses and corroborates hypothesis that emigration depends on the society system of values and this system of values forsees possible changes of emigration. Moreover, if these causes are of great importance to the society value system, they might be valid for a long time. The survey carried in 2004 about Lithuanian society values attitudes allows to state that mostly appreciated were individualistic values, less appreciated – public and the least – hedonistic ones. Taking into comparison the results with the declared emigration reasons (of survey carried in 2006) turned out that according to average acceptance of different values, the highest evaluation by respondents referred to individualistic values. However, by ranking respondents according to their values attitudes, the characterised feature of the main group (53 per cent of all respondents) became their preference to tangible and economic choices. It allows to state that the majority part of our society makes the decision to migrate and will make it because of economic and tangible motives. However, it is likely that people who take the highest priority to individualistic values (especially young and free from social obligations) due to changing socioeconomic circumstances, the better economic situation will tend to emigrate in terms of better quality of life, self-realisation and the feeling of self-value. The results have confirmed the hypothesis and the latest emigration survey allows foreseeing the tendency of emigration reasons and flowing changes. [From the publication]
