Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama, kaip patiriama ir vaizduojama tikrovė šiuolaikiniame teatre, aptariama, kuo skiriasi tradicinės modernaus teatro realistinio vaizdavimo formos nuo avangardinio teatro „autentiškumo“ ideologijos, siekiama apibrėžti, kokie yra postmodernaus bei postdraminio teatro santykiai su tikrove. Atskleidžiama, kaip keitėsi požiūris į žiūrovo vaidmenį kuriant realybės efektus natūralistiniame, avangardiniame ir postmoderniame teatre, apibrėžiamos naujos realybės perteikimo / kūrimo strategijos, kurias naudoja šiuolaikinis teatras, įvertindamas modernaus scenos meno patirtis bei suvokdamas „neįmanomos tikrovės“ būseną. ENThe paper deals with the strategies of manipulating / playing with the notions of authenticity / reality in contemporary theatre. These tendencies are closely linked with the transformation of the notions of representation, body and perception in the contemporary cultural mindscape as well as with revision of the historical heritage of modern and avantgarde theatre, namely the realist notions of representation and mimesis. The main area where the confrontation of the modernist and postmodernist notions of authenticity occurs in Lithuanian theatre is the identity and body of the actor as well as his / her attitude towards the role: playing with the autobiographic material (real identity), the exposure of material body (real body) onstage, use of non-acting techniques, casting of non-professional actors. With the help of concrete examples and case studies, the author analyses how the changing notions of representation affect the process of perception and what critical questions about the nature of theatre itself or, on a larger scale, the nature of presence in theater they raise.
