Kauno kolegijos studentų požiūris į integruotą mokymą

LTReaguojant į naujus veiklos pasaulio reikalavimus ir perkeliant juos į studijų programas, būtina gerinti studijų kokybę, didelį dėmesį skiriant studijų programų turinio tobulinimui, apjungiant tarpdalykinį integravimą, lankstų inovatyvių studijų metodų taikymą, savarankiško darbo planavimą, praktinių užduočių, atitinkančių studijų tikslus ir studentų poreikius, taikymą. Studijų programų tobulinimas, taikant integruotą mokymą, atliepia studijų ir mokslo vienovės principą, holistinį požiūrį į darbo rinkos keliamus reikalavimus. Vienas iš integruoto mokymo taikymo aspektų – besimokančiųjų poreikiai bei studentų taikomasis patyrimas, nustatant santykį tarp teorinių žinių bei praktinių užduočių įsisavinimo. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad verslo vadybos ir prekybos vadybos studijų programose pastebima vidinė ir tarpdalykinė integracija: rengiant praktinius bei savarankiškus darbus, studentams tenka apjungti žinias iš kelių temų, nagrinėtų tame pačiame dalyke arba žinias, įgytas iš kelių mokomųjų dalykų. Studentai pageidauja įvairesnių aktyvių mokymo(si) metodų taikymo praktiniuose užsiėmimuose. Siekiant gilesnio studentų suvokimo apie integruoto mokymo galimybes, būtų tikslinga juos pačius įtraukti į studijų programos turinio tobulinimą. ENWhen responding to the requirements of the new world and transferring them into study programmes, it is necessary to improve the quality of studies with a great deal of attention paid to the improvement of the content of study programmes by uniting the inter-discipline integration, flexibly applying innovative studies, planning of independent activities, and applying practical exercise corresponding to the goals of studies and students’ needs. The improvement of study programmes by applying the integrated teaching echoes the principle of the unity of studies and science, the holistic attitude towards the requirements imposed by the labour market. One of the aspects of application of integrated teaching is the applicable experience of students and their demands while establishing the relation between theoretical knowledge and perception of practical exercises. The results of the research have showed that the internal and interdisciplinary integration in business management and trade management study programmes is observable: when preparing practical and independent works, students have to apply their knowledge of several themes analysed in one subject or the knowledge obtained from several subjects. Students request for more versatile active methods of studying and teaching at their practical classes. In order to enable students to better perceive the opportunities integrated teaching provides, it would be expedient to involve them into the process of improvement of the content of the study programme. This is achievable by increasing students’ possibilities of offering ways for improvement of integrated teaching by enhancing their possibilities for choosing alternative subjects and creating conditions for teachers and students to develop and realise similar ideas together.
