Slaugytojų edukacinių kompetencijų tobulinimo poreikių vertinimas

LTStraipsnyje atskleidžiamos slaugytojo veikloje realizuojamos tarpusavyje susijusios informavimo, švietimo, mokymo, vadovavimo, lavinimo, auklėjimo, formavimo, konsultavimo ugdymo funkcijos, identifikuojami slaugytojų edukacinių gebėjimų tobulinimo poreikiai. Siekiant įvertinti slaugytojų edukacinių kompetencijų tobulinimo poreikius slaugos praktikoje, buvo apklausti 303 slaugytojai. Slaugytojų ugdymo funkcijos realizuojamos pirminio ir antrinio sveikatos priežiūros lygmens įstaigose. Slaugytojai, slaugydami sergančius asmenis, realizuoja mokymo ir konsultavimo sudėtines ugdymo funkcijas. Tačiau pirminio sveikatos priežiūros lygmens įstaigose dirbantiems slaugytojams dažniau nei antrinio sveikatos priežiūros lygmens slaugytojams praktinėje veikloje tenka atlikti formavimo, mokymo, vadovavimo, konsultavimo ir informavimo sudėtines ugdymo funkcijas, sąveikaujant ir su sergančiais, ir su sveikais įvairaus amžiaus žmonėmis, grupėmis, bendruomene, slaugos profesijos studentais. Slaugytojų edukacinės veiklos tobulinimo programą aktualu orientuoti į pirminio sveikatos priežiūros lygmens slaugytojų kompetencijų tobulinimą. Straipsnyje atskleidžiami tyrimo rezultatais pagrįsti slaugytojų edukacinių kompetencijų tobulinimo poreikiai. ENThe article reveals the internalisation of the functions of information provision, education, training, management, development, upbringing, counselling, which are provided by nurses. It also identifies the need for improvement of nurses’ educational skills. In order to evaluate the need for improvement of nurses’ educational competences, a total of 303 nurses were interviewed. Nurses’ educational functions are realised in institutions of the primary and secondary health care level. Nurses, when nursing patients, perform complex educational functions of training and counselling. However, nurses working in institutions of the primary health care more frequently face the need to perform such complex educational functions as formation, training, management, consulting and information provision when interacting with patients and healthy people of different age, various groups of people, the community and student nurses than nurses of the secondary health care institutions face. It is necessary to focus the programme for improvement of nurses’ educational activities on the improvement of competences of nurses of primary health care institutions. The article presents the needs for improvement of nurses’ educational competences grounded by the research results. The obtained research results reflect the needs for improvement of competences of nurses working in primary health care institutions in the filed of health training and research implementation and administration.
