Bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo

LTLietuvos Respublikos strateginiuose švietimo dokumentuose kaip pamatinė švietimo, o tuo pačiu bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo kryptis įvardinta humanizmas. Tuo tarpu vyraujančios bendrųjų gebėjimų sąvokos analizė profesinio rengimo metodologijoje įgalina pastebėti labiau akcentuojamą kitą, - į darbo produktyvumą orientuotą ugdymo filosofinės krypties dimensiją. Bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo/si proceso organizatoriams ir besimokantiesiems kyla klausimas, - kaip, ugdant/is bendruosius gebėjimus, suderinti humanistinius principus ir veiklos pasaulio poreikių patenkinimo tikslus profesiniame rengime? Disertacijoje, atsakant į aukščiau įvardintą klausimą, pasitelkiama fenomenologija, kuri koncentruojasi ties subjekto autentišku santykiu su objektyviu pasauliu ir jo reikalavimais. Darbe aptariama, kokie fenomenologinės filosofijos bruožai taikomi ugdymo metodikoje sudaro sąlygas besimokantiesiems profesiniame rengime suvokti bendruosius gebėjimus ir jų ugdymąsi kaip fenomenus, o ne kaip objektyvią duotybę ir kokia patirties struktūra formuojasi ugdant/is bendruosius gebėjimus profesiniame rengime taikant metodiką, paremtą fenomenologinės filosofijos principais. Išeities tašku laikant fenomenologinę perspektyvą, darbe sukurtas bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo/si profesiniame rengime metodikos modelis, pagrįstą fenomenologine filosofija, išryškintas bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo/si kontekstas profesiniame rengime, vadybos krypties studijose ir, taikant bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo metodikos modelį verslo vadybos studijose, aprašyti bendrųjų gebėjimų ugdymo/si proceso ypatumai bei subjektyvus besimokančiųjų patyrimas.

ENHumanism is indicated as the fundamental direction of education and development of general competences in documents on education of the Republic of Lithuania. However, the analysis of the prevailing concept of general competences in the vocational training methodology reveals another dimension of the philosophical direction oriented at the productivity of work. Organisers and students of the process of general competences development have a question as to how humane principles and demand fulfilment in the vocational training should be reconciled while developing general competences. The PhD thesis attempts to answer the above question by using phenomenology which focuses on the authentic relation of a subject with the objective world and its requirements. The work discusses the characteristics of phenomenological philosophy applied in the development methodology, which provides conditions for vocational training students to perceive general competences and development thereof as phenomena and not as an objective reality, and the structure of experience formed when developing general competences in vocational training by applying the methodology based on the principles of phenomenological philosophy. With phenomenological perspective being the beginning, the work has developed a methodological model of the development of general competences in the vocational training based on the phenomenological philosophy, which highlights the context of the development of general competences in vocational training, management studies, and when applying the model of the development of general competences in business administration studies, and has described peculiarities of the development of general competences and subjective experiences of students.
