Birutė Pūkelevičiūtė - aktorė ir rašytoja

LTMonografijoje aprašoma aktorės ir rašytojos Birutės Pūkelevičiūtės biografija, chronologiškai aptariami svarbiausi gyvenimo ir kūrybos etapai, brėžiamos faktologinio ir kūrybinio lygmens paralelės. Nuo pirmųjų aplinkos inicijuotų gimnazistės eiliavimų einama prie įsižiebusios aistros teatrui, kuri liepsnojo ir pasitraukus iš Lietuvos, išvietintųjų asmenų stovyklose. Dėmesys monografijoje skiriamas tiek svarbiausiems Pūkelevičiūtės vaidmenims, režisūriniams bandymams, tiek gyvenimo realijų, žmogiškųjų jausmų aprašymui, tiek išsamiam poetės ir rašytojos brandos kelio atskleidimui. Debiutiniame eilėraščių rinkinyje „Metūgės“ (1952 m.) nebejaučiama priklausomybė nuo tarpukario lietuvių poezijos dainiškumo ar retorikos kanonų. „Metūgėse“ B. Pūkelevičiūtė prabyla pasakojančiu sakiniu, kurį įteisino vis labiau plintantis verlibras. Poetė neformuluoja idėjų, jos kalboje nėra bendrinių sąvokų. Pasaka – vienintelis „antrinės tikrovės“ sluoksnis, absorbuojamas į poetinį vaizdą. Padrąsinta biblinės „Giesmių giesmės“, ji atvėrė erotinį juslingumą su neįprastu lietuvių moterų poezijai atvirumu. Monografijoje taip pat aptariami pirmasis literatūros „podukros“ Egzode romanas „Aštuoni lapai“ (1956 m.) bei kiti svarbiausi rašytojos kūriniai, taip pat neblėstanti teatro trauka – pirmasis B. Pūkelevičiūtės režisuotas spektaklis „Baltaragio malūnas“ pastatytas 1957 m. kovo 31 d. ENThe monograph describes the biography of actor and writer Birutė Pūkelevičiūtė, chronologically discusses the milestones of her life and works, and draws the parallels of factological and creative levels. The author moves from the earliest verses of a high school student, initiated by the surroundings, to her passion for theatre which was still burning in her after she left Lithuania for a displaced persons camp. Focus is shifted on both the key roles played by Pūkelevičiūtė, directorial attempts, the description of life realia and human feelings and the comprehensive revelation of the road of maturity of the poet and writer. Dependency on melodiousness or rhetorical canons of interwar Lithuanian poetry is no longer present in her debut collection of poems “Metūgės” [New Shoots] (1952). Here Pūkelevičiūtė speaks using a narrative sentence which was established by the spreading vers libre. The poet does not formulate ideas; there are no common notions in her language. A fairy tale is the only layer of “secondary reality” which is absorbed into the poetic image. Encouraged by the Song of Songs, she disclosed erotic animalism with the openness not typical of Lithuanian women’s poetry. The monograph also discusses the first novel of the literature “stepdaughter” in exodus, “Aštuoni lapai” [Eight Leaves] (1956), and other most important works of the writer as well as the unfading attraction of theatre – the first performance “Baltaragio malūnas” [Whitehorn’s Windmill] directed by Pūkelevičiūtė, staged on 31 March 1957. The last book of poems “Atradimo ruduo” [Autumn of Discovery] (1990) transforms the theme of betrayal into metaphysical considerations of guilt and condemnation, justice and atonement, which are presented in the form of the requiem with the necessary parts.
