ENToday society and each individual experience various transformations in different areas of life. These are determined by the major global tendencies — qualitative striving for information society, aspirations for competitive economy an sustainable development. Promoting, managing and prognozing fluctuation processes in education are associated with purposeful and positive training conception of the new generation and changes of the whole society. In the works of various scientists' and patricians' variant attitudes and different expectations for the good (future) school can be noticed. The article discussions and justifies with an empirical research data attitudes and expectations for the future (good) school of different society groups. Purpose of the empirical research — to examine expectations of different society groups for the future school. The tasks of the research: To ascertain attitudes of teachers, pupils and their parents, as well as representatives of society towards the future school; To estimate main aspects of school activities of the different respondent groups' in assessing the future school. Research methods: analysis of scientific resources and documents, questionnaires for different respondent groups, standardized interview. There were 4 respondent groups participating in the research: pupils, their parents, teachers and society representatives. Analysis of scientific literature and empirical research demonstrated that the expectations for the future school are very different. Such variant expectations of different society groups for the good school raise especially difficult tasks for the whole training process, since a lot of explanations and activities should be put in order to reach a common understanding, what is the school's mission, purpose, goals and how they could be reached.Summarizing scientific studies and data of empirical research such conclusion can be drawn: Only such schools can be named as good schools who's community is a united and constantly learning one, agreeing on the basic questions — what and when should be changed, for what purpose; The internal and external fluctuation of the pedagogical process should take both forms: natural and methodical. Natural and methodical fluctuation should be based on data of scientific studies: after the context and bases were ascertained and discussed, the community and other partners included, i.e. having the real fluctuation model. Considering the culture and type of the school, the composed fluctuation model is being realized differently in each school, focusing on the national and European training standards. Fluctuation of the pedagogical process should meet the essential expectations of all the school's community groups and partners for the good future school. [From the publication]
