Vaikų, patyrusių smurtą šeimoje, globos problemos

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamos vaikų, patyrusių smurtą šeimoje, saugumo užtikrinimo galimybės. Vaikui, patyrusiam tėvų smurtą, nesant galimybės užtikrinti jo saugumą šeimoje, skiriama globa. Vaiko globos tikslas – užtikrinti vaiko auklėjimą ir priežiūrą aplinkoje, kurioje jis galėtų saugiai tinkamai augti, vystytis ir tobulėti. Tyrimu siekta išsiaiškinti, ar globa – vaiko atskyrimas nuo šeimos ir apgyvendinimas globos institucijoje – atitinka jai keliamą saugumo reikalavimą, t. y. ar vaikas nepatiria tėvų smurto lankydamasis šeimoje ir ar įmanoma pasiekti laikinosios globos tikslą – grąžinti vaiką į šeimą. ENThe article deals with the possibilities of ensuing safety of children who have suffered violence in the family. The child who was exposed to parental violence is provided with child care in case of absence of any possibility to ensure child’s safety in the family. The purpose of child care is to ensure education and care of a child in the environment wherein he/she could safely and adequately grow, develop and progress. The research is aimed at ascertaining whether guardianship – segregation of a child from the family and accommodation in a child care institution – conform to the safety requirement, i.e. whether a child is not exposed to parental violence while visiting the family and whether it is possible to achieve the purpose of temporary guardianship, which is return of the child to the family.
