Kolegijos darbuotojų požiūrio į institucijos veiklos tobulinimą raiška

LTStraipsnyje aktualizuojama kolegijų veiklos tobulinimo problema ir bendruomenės dalyvavimo tobulinimo vertinimo procesuose svarba bei pristatytas atliktas Šiaulių kolegijos administracijos darbuotojų ir dėstytojų nuomonės apie kolegijos veiklos tobulinimą tyrimas. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė tobulinimo vertinimo raiškos tendencijas bei leido atlikti kolegijos administracijos ir dėstytojų vertinimų lyginamąją analizę. Empirinis tyrimas leido gauti labai svarbią informaciją, ją analizuoti, lyginti pagal respondentų grupes ir ranguoti vertinimus pagal statistinį vidurkį, identifikuoti respondentų vertinimo skirtumus organizacijos orientacijos į švietimo paslaugų vartotojus ir darbo rinką srityje. Labiausiai kolegijos darbuotojams organizacijos strateginis vystymas reikšmingas siekiant užsibrėžtų tikslų, įgyvendinant savo misiją bei siekiant išlikti konkurencingai. Tyrimas parodė, kad kolegijos bendruomenė suvokia strateginio organizacijos vystymo reikšmingumą įvairiems organizacijos veiklos aspektams dabarties momentu ir perspektyvoje. ENThe problem of improvement of activities of colleges and the importance of participation of the community in the processes of assessment of the improvement are actualised; the research into the opinion of Šiauliai College administration employees and lecturers about the improvement of College activities is presented in the article. The results of the research have shown the tendencies of the expression of the assessment of improvement and enabled to carry out the comparative analysis of administration's and teachers' assessments. The empirical research enabled to obtain significant information, to analyse it, to compare according to the groups of respondents and classify the assessments according to the statistical mean, to identify the differences in respondents' assessment in the sphere of orientation of the organisation towards the consumers of educational services and the labour market. Strategic development of the organisation is the most significant for college employees in achieving the set goals, in accomplishing their mission and in aiming at being competitive. The research has shown that the College community understands the significance of strategic development of the organisation to the different aspects of organisational activities at present and in future.
