LTMonografijos tyrimo objektas apibrėžiamas mokslininkų tarpusavio komunikacija (komunikacija „mokslininkas - mokslininkui"). Tiriami kintančios mokslo komunikacijos poreikiai, analizuojama Lietuvoje besiformuojanti prieiga prie e. mokslo kūrinių, taip pat nagrinėjami teisiniai mokslo komunikacijos „mokslininkas - mokslininkui" aspektai: prieigos prie mokslo kūrinių pokyčiai ir jų teisinio pagrindo vertinimas. Mokslinio tyrimo tikslas yra 1) išanalizuoti mokslo kūrinių autorių teisių apsaugos, paskirstymo kaitą, įvertinant atvirojo turinio licencijų (konkretinant – kūrybinės visumos licencijų) naudojimo mokslo komunikacijoje galimybes, ir 2) ištirti Lietuvos valstybės remiamų (valstybės biudžeto lėšomis finansuojamų) mokslinių žurnalų redaktorių ir šiuose žurnaluose publikuojamų mokslo kūrinių (straipsnių) autorių požiūrį į mokslo kūrinių (straipsnių) publikavimo moksliniuose žurnaluose teisinius pagrindus, autorių teises, atvirąją prieigą prie mokslo kūrinių. Tyrime mokslo kūrinių (straipsnių) moksliniuose žurnaluose autorių intelektinės nuosavybės apsaugos sistema suvokiama kaip šių kūrinių autorių teisių pripažinimo, perdavimo ir gynimo posistemių visuma. ENThe aim of the monograph is to analyze advantages of creative commons licenses to scientific communication between scientists and for the public spread of results of scientific work, and to investigate how authors that publish their papers in scientific journals that are funded by Lithuanian government (funded by state funds) value licenses system of creative commons, possibilities to apply it for protection of intellectual property for works published in the scientific journal. In executed scientific research the advantages of the system of open access licenses (creative commons licenses) are discussed in the context of changes of scientific communication caused by demands of information and knowledge society. In the research there were analyzed possibilities and advantages of application of creative commons licenses for copyright for publications in scientific journals that are funded by Lithuanian government (funded by state funds). The main tasks carried in the research were as such: 1 ) to analyze application of publishing legislation principles (presentation of copyright apportion models) for scientific works that were published in scientific journals that are funded by Lithuanian government (funded by state funds); 2) to analyze access to electronic scientific works and changes of copyright protection and apportion of copyright of scientific works; 3) to present and discuss system of creative commons licenses; 4) to analyze background of legislation tradition of access to electronic scientific works in Lithuania; 5 ) to analyze possibilities, advantages and limitations of apportion of electronic scientific works' copyright by creative commons licenses.6) to investigate how chief editors, members of board of editors and authors of scientific works that are published in scientific journals that are funded by Lithuanian government (funded by state funds) qualify apportion system of author's by using creative commons licenses. Research data shows different legislative backgrounds for activities of science communication subjects. This legislative background changes because of ICT application for needs of modern society for science communication. Results of the research provide conclusion that multifunctional activities of science communication subjects' demand changes in apportion of scientific works authors' interests between subjects of science communication. Changes of science communication set new trend in spread of scientific works - openness of scientific communication that promotes new models of apportion of copyright "Author- Society" and "Author-User of Scientific Works". Investigation of Lithuanian situation confirmed changes in science communication, conductive circumstances for open access to scientific works by systems of apportion of authors' of scientific works interests in scientific journals that are funded by Lithuanian government (funded by state funds) and that were investigated during the research (rights that could be transferred with non - prerogative licenses for right to onetime publication of work). There should be mentioned that in Lithuania the idea of open access to electronic scientific works has no actual legislative manifestation. There was discovered that most of Lithuanian scientists that participated in research were unfamiliar with idea of open access and with system of copyright of scientific works as well, authors are not interested and not concern about copyright.
