Streso rizika ir paramos lūkesčiai : socialinių darbuotojų profesinės patirties analizė

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama socialinio darbo, kaip naujos ir sparčiai besiformuojančios pagalbos žmogui, profesijos Lietuvoje sudėtingumo problema. Aktualizuojama profesinio streso rizika ir paramos lūkesčiai; nagrinėjama gebėjimo pasinaudoti teikiama pagalba, patyrus sunkumų profesiniame ir asmeniniame lygmenyse, patirtis. Projektuojama supervizijos, kaip refleksiją skatinančio metodo, leidžiančio permąstyti ir įvardyti sudėtingas profesines situacijas ir asmeninę patirtį, taikymo tendencijos ir perspektyvos. Tyrimo problema ir jos analizė pateikiama remiantis Lietuvos socialinių darbuotojų profesine patirtimi, atsižvelgiant į Lietuvos sociokultūrinę situaciją. ENThe article analyses the issue of a complex character of social work as a new and intensively developing profession of help to people. The risk of professional stress and expectations of support are highlighted; and the experience of the ability to use the help offered after experiencing stress on the personal and professional levels is analysed. The tendencies and prospects of the application of supervision as a method that stimulates reflection and provides a possibility to reconsider and identify complex professional situations and personal experience are modelled. The problem of the current research and its analysis arc presented on the basis of professional experience of Lithuanian social workers in the context of Lithuanian socio-cultural situation.
