Teigiamo požiūrio į mokymąsi ugdymo idėja profesoriaus Vlado Rajecko mokslo darbuose

LTStraipsnyje pristatoma ilgus metus profesoriaus Vlado Rajecko tyrinėta ir jo pedagoginiuose darbuose aprašyta teigiamo požiūrio į mokymąsi ugdymo problema. Sis fenomenas nagrinėtas kaip ugdymo turinio įgyvendinimo sąlyga, kaip mokymo turinio išmokimo mechanizmo psichologinis pagrindas ir kaip ugdytinių ir ugdytojo sąveikos optimizavimo komponentas (pgl. B. Bitiną, 1998). Remiantis V. Rajecko spausdintais pedagoginiais darbais, sudarytas metodinių reikalavimų sąvadas sėkmingam mokymo proceso organizavimui dabartinėmis sąlygomis. Straipsnyje atkreipiamas dėmesys į teigiamo požiūrio į mokymąsi ugdymo idėjos daugiaplaniškumą ir reikšmingumą šiuolaikiniam mokymui. Pateikti turinio (content) analizės rezultatai atskleidė, kad teigiamo požiūrio j mokymąsi ugdymo problema nagrinėtina atsižvelgiant j kintančio pasaulio kontekstą, šalies strateginius švietimo dokumentus ir šiuolaikinio ugdymo poreikius. Jos sprendimo mechanizmai padėtų tobulinti mokytojų rengimo ir jų kvalifikacijos kėlimo sistemas, mokyklos ir šeimos vieningų reikalavimų pagrindu. ENThe article represents the results of the analysis of the professors Vladas Rajeckas scientific works in the period of 1966-2004. The research deals the scientific problem: the explanation of concept of positive attitude towards learning process and analysis of its modern possibilities of implementation. The research results and their analysis let draw the following conclusions: 1. The concept of positive attitude to learning process in V. Rajeckas scientific works is presented as a complex, one of educational process organization factors', which enable realization of the modern curriculum. The concept of positive attitude to learning is a basis of physiological mechanism of assimilation process as well as a component of interaction optimization of interaction between participants of educational process. 2. The content analysis method let identify some of the successful conditions for the implementation of the positive attitude to learning process concept: the curriculum individualization and differentiation, assistance for learner to find out the success of learning and feel the value of educational results, consolidation between educators and family, stimulation of emotional factors, tolerance and respectfulness towards learner, teacher's theoretical and practical forwardness to education process. 3. The positive attitude to learning process concept is holistically examined: the author considering to changes in the context of world as well as modern education needs.
