ENThe world is changing at a rapid pace and it is significant to realize the trends and principles of a contemporary labour market and adapt the acquired knowledge in practice. Therefore, while performing the analysis of the entrepreneurship and social competences development within an education process, it's important to understand the assumptions that influence adult education; to evaluate adults' motivation criteria to study; analyse the significance of the applied methods in the process of entrepreneurship and social competences development. Interaction between a teacher and a student directly influences the training itself. The purpose of the active methods in Management to encourage personality's self-expression and productivity. These methods not only influence a teaching process and its results but also affect entrepreneurship competences and skills' development. The teachers, who pay more attention to the teaching process itself, seek to make it attractive, interesting and meaningful. The appliance of the active methods within it creates a synergetic effect, which in Greek means a joint action and complement/strengthen the command work.The active methods: games, organization of events, cognitive excursions to companies, attendance of performances etc. - all they encourage students to analyse, make decisions, search for motivations of their successes and failures, evaluate the consequences and predict the perspectives as well as they educate the student's creativity, communication skills and activity.
